Incorrect order received 10 days ago. Received face cream instead of a clothing item! I contacted Arnotts immediately and was told that my item would be posted that evening. No order arrived. Now I cannot get to speak to anyone in connection to this. I have phoned everyday, only to be told that someone will phone me back. Appalling customer service. Never again. Why support home businesses when i could have had the correct item delivered to me on time if I ordered from a UK store.
