A happy returing customer. I bought my first sets of blinds in 2006/7 from this company, the blinds lasted a long time, although they were fabric type of material. It's now time to change the vertical blinds in the living room. This time round the material is pvc, it can be wipped down very easily to remove dust etc. Also, in wet/cold seasons or damp prone areas, the blinds will not get moldy. I'm very impressed with the quality. The measurement or fitting is even better than the previous. It has given me the privacy I need but not dragging on the floor, which will make vacuum and mopping easier and more hygienic too. I didn't have to drill any holes for the brackets, because I was able to slot in the new hanging bar into the 2006/7 brackets without difficulty. I have few issues, firstly DHL made the delivery a bit complicated, but got it right in the end. When it comes to the blind, they close towards my right hand, and it's easy to do so using the metal hanging chain. However, there seems to be a bit of struggle in the rotation of the metal chain. So when it comes to opening the blind to let light in it's not smooth. I installed the blinds this afternoon, so far I have only been able to open them very slightly, for some daylight. Which is okay now, but I still need to find a way of getting that chain mechanism to rotate properly for the optimum usage in the long term. Also, these blinds are blackouts, full it needs to be fully maneuverable. I will experiment remove one blind at a time to see where the error is. As per my request, the blinds are sectioned as two column division. This function works very well. Overall the blinds are stunning, I hope to get to the bottom of the above problem. I recommend 247 as a company, and the pvc blinds, particularly those with children, pets or allergies. It is easy to clean.

We have used 247 Blinds before and was confident we would get the same great service. Blinds came on time and packaged very well. My husband had no problem putting them up on his own. One of the blinds is a bit tight closing and opening, so must get in touch for some advice on this.

I have been trying to place an order for 2 consecutive days. My payment with American Express credit card was not accepted because the payment button doesn’t seem to work. I contacted the company via their so called live chat. I was promised that somebody would get in touch with me in the morning of the following day. Nothing happened, nobody sent an email. I wonder whether the company is still in business at all.
