I had a problem with a piece that broke from a lunch box. After a few emails, they helped resolve the issue. They should have spare parts for sale online for the lunch boxes as they do for the terms. The problem should have been resolved in less time and I didn't feel much support in resolving the situation. I still love the products!
Ho comprato tre borracce "Urban" (due piccole e una grande) con tappo standard: dopo un mese di vita hanno tutte dei danni. Due le utilizza mio figlio di 9 anni (una da mezzo litro + una piccola) e un'altra piccola la utilizza la sottoscritta; è vero che lo stile di vita odierno è veloce e ci porta, qualche volta, a trattare gli oggetti con velocità, senza troppo pensarci (data la vita "urban", appunto…). Ma...sono evidentemente prodotti che per non subire i danni che descrivo in seguito necessitano di troppe attenzioni!! Speravo in una praticità assoluta, invece!! Direi che i danni riscontrati dopo così poco tempo danno grande delusione; anche pensando al prezzo pagato e alle promesse fatte dall'azienda ("tutta la vita"!...mah). Un tappo si è ammaccato dopo pochissimo, poi è spuntata un'ammaccatura sulla bottiglia, poi su un'altra borraccia ammaccatura + graffio su vernice e altro graffio su un'altra. Anche la vernice di una ha una imperfezione da distacco. Preciso che non le ho mai lavate in lavastoviglie! Ho foto per comprovare quanto scrivo. "Tutta la vita"...ma proprio per niente, le mie sono durate un mese. L'acciaio è parso subito molto sottile e pareva, ma a questo punto lo è davvero, veramente troppo fragile. Non all'altezza delle aspettative/promesse. 🙁

La gourde est top mais il y a des petits impacts sur le côté. Elle n'est donc pas parfaitement lisse et je pense que le revêtement s'abimera vite à ses endroits là.

The small 330ml bottles are exactly what I wanted, light weight, no metallic taste and beautifully decorated, they feel great in the hand, great quality. Ideal for travelling light when you don’t have a lot of space. More expensive but no plastic and built to last, good investment.
Eine der wenigen Wärmflaschen die den Inhalt wirklich lange kalt oder warm halten. Verwende Flasche aber nur für Wasser warm oder kalt, keine anderen Getränke.
Conosco da tanto tempo 24Bottles, ho già preso diverse bottiglie clima 24Bottles le mie preferite, perché utili sempre, caldo e freddo. Le trovo belle, pratiche, utili, i materiali di qualità e in più adoro personalizzarle con il nome, proprio per questo, le prendo spesso per regalarle agli amici. Grazie mille!
