I received a 10ml bottle of a fragrance for a holiday I am taking in a couple of weeks and was dismayed to discover that it was only two thirds full. I rang the company and spoke to an extremely helpful and personable customer service advisor who listened to my problem and promised to pass it on to the relevant department. I was delighted to have everything resolved within a couple of hours and am hugely grateful to Ella L and L’Artisan Parfumeur for their speedy and efficient response! Excellent communication and super speedy help - not to mention gorgeous fragrances!
I have always found L’Artisan Parfumeur to be an excellent company to deal with. Their products are of the highest quality and the customer service is exemplary. I recently had a small problem with a delivery and it was sorted promptly and efficiently by Shannon C, who was kind, helpful and provided an outstanding service. J'ai contacté le service client inquiète de ne pas avoir reçu un mail d'expédition de ma commande en express. Marianne V m'a répondu immédiatement et tenue informée de l'évolution du transport qui est arrivé dans le délai de 48 h avec UPS qui m'a envoyé un tracking parfait du créneau de livraison et l'acheminement de mon colis. Les produits de l'Artisan Parfumeur sont sublimes et les fragrances enivrantes. J'ai commandé une bougie pour célébrer la mémoire d'un être très cher. Merci encore Marianne V.
The customer service I experienced from the lovely Marianne made my experience great. When a product I ordered was correctly priced and charged but incorrectly invoiced and delivered, Marianne ensured I was given a refund along with not having to return the accidental product, and assisted with my reorder to ensure I got what I actually wanted. She was so understanding, providing prompt communication and always going above and beyond. Marianne made what could have been a very frustrating and alienating experience into a moment that made me even more loyal to this company and the fragrance I've worn for 20 years.
Thank you for Emilie K's quick response and for providing a solution that I am really satisfied with. I cannot find the tracking number for my order, and I suspect that the billing address does not match the delivery address. She helped to resolve this issue and ensured that I will receive my order on time, which is really important to me.I am really excited to receive the perfume and cannot wait to choose my favorite one.
The customer service here is ridiculously good. I’ve bought Passage D’enfer twice now, once from Harrods and recently from L’artisan. I mistakenly ordered my perfume to the wrong address and Marianne V responded instantly and managed to change it. Never had such a good customer experience with a brand before and the perfume smell is so good. Thank you!

Je reste très déçue par le service client de cette marque: j’ai passé l’ordre ce matin, j’ ai contacté instantanément le service client pour demander d’ajouter une gravure sur la bouteille (qui - par leur faute informatique - n’était pas possible uniquement sur le parfum de mon choix). Le service client ne pouvait ni modifier ni annuler l’ordre, alors ça sert à quoi le service client??? Jamais plus j’achèterai chez eux!

Thanks to the nice and supportive Eden, my request was finally solved, I am so relieved ! My last bottle of L'Artisan Parfumeur Musc et Musc Extrême had a flaw, not the usual scent at all. It took a very long time and many emails to the customer service (3 interlocutors) to reach an agreement.
