Ordered a £139 Vivienne Westwood phone bag- arrived unboxed, badly packaged and damaged has marks allover it as if it is a second/used. If it wasn’t a gift I would be sending this back asap but I don’t have much choice now.

Bought a Belstaff Sweatshirt from accent Clothing arrived in good time the trouble started when I returned it. Between Accent and Royal mail the shipment has been lost accent are refusing to refund even though I had proof of postage and a tracking number as proof contacted Royal mail who said all accent had to do was contact them and they would reimburse them. Accent have so far refused AVOID THEM.

I’ve had a great experience with Accent. I had an issue with my trainers and Lisa was absolutely brilliant in sorting it out for me. How refreshing to deal with a retailer who are so good at customer experience.
I have bought a Belstaff jacket for more than £800 from this store, it was delivered with the security tag attached. I used their portal to generate a return label and returned the jacket 3 weeks ago, confirmed as received 10.02.24. I have subsequently been told that they are struggling to locate the jacket and will therefor not be refunding my money.

Sent me some trousers that were 3 sizes smaller than I ordered, sent them back for refund, 11 days later no refund, emailed them to be told oh sorry it failed, we'll send it again, it will be with you in 5-7 days, so nearly 3 week for a refund!!
Had an issue with my delivery and called customer service. The lady on the phone was very helpful and helped me resolve it. I got my Cap the next day

Over two weeks ago I was emailed saying my refund had been processed. Still no money!
If I could give an extra star I would. This is my second order with this firm and I contacted their customer service team because part of the order was missing. Lisa was a delight and tracked down the items within hours. I had a callback and email to confirm the correction and have just received the package. Simply fantastic people that clearly care; so refreshing.
