Deflating bed - do not buy

Bed kept deflating on first use despite following all instructions. Thought I would have the bed as a back up for extra guests and didn’t end up using it until a year after purchase. Customer services unwilling to do anything as it’s over the one year mark despite the item being faulty and bring sub standard! Offered me a 15% discount to buy another as a gesture of good will! Would I make the same mistake again! Do not buy your inflatable bed from Active era as quality is terrible and their customer services people are most unhelpful and ridiculous in resolving issues in a satisfactory manner. I should have bought from Tesco as there’s lasted for years. Do not waste your money because there’s no recourse if something goes wrong.

Great product , but unfortunately after 11 months it developed a leak and deflated , I contacted the company who immediately sent out a replacement and it was delivered the next day....great service and happy to recommend.

Il a étudié le problème et nous a proposé un remplacement dont nous attendons la livraison ! Moins d’une semaine pour régler le problème ! Merci Armando 😀

je n'ai pas reçu le product commandé. Service clientele hors de service

J'avais commandé un matelas de dimensions: 195 x 106,5 x 54,5, MAIS j'ai reçu un matelas (modele Luxury) de taille inférieur, indiqué sur la boite: 191 x 99 x 53. Comme je suis de grande taille (192 cm), cela fait une difference cruciale. Depuis 3 jours, je contacte le service clientele sans réponse utile. J'ai envoyé 2 documents: le récapitulatif de commande indiquant l' erreur ET une photographie de produit que j'ai récu SANS AUCUNE REPONSE UTILE En prenant en compte la réponse d' "EMMA" qui suit, au contraire de ce qu'elle écrit, je n'ai eu aucun réponse d'elle ni de personne aux service clientele d' Active Era. Leur comportement est tres décevante. EMMA: En suivant votre dernière message, ici: QUELLES DETAILS? ET QUELLES "INFORMATIONS SUPPLEMENAIRES"? ++++ EMMA: VOTRE DERNIERE COMMENTAIRE N'EST PAS COMPREHENSIBLE. CELA ME PERD COMPLETEMENT. De ma part, je m' arrete. Vous n'avez pas répondu ni a mes questions, ni a mes besoins. Vous m'avez demandé de répondre aux questions que Trustpilot m'a envoyé. Trustpilot ne m'a envoyé aucune question. Cela tourne en rond. J'accepte maintenant que: - Active Era ne vas jamais corrigé l'error initiale quand Active Era m'a envoyé un produit autre que celui que j'avais commandé. - Egalement, que vous n'allez jamais m'aider - Active Era ne va jamais répondre a la vingtaine de demandes que j'avais envoyé en quelques jours. Il n' y a aucune sens de client. "Customer Service". Emma, je suis professeur du BRAND MANAGEMENT aux universités en France et aux Pays-Bas. "Brand contact points". Je vous remercie, et Active Era, aussi, de m' avoir fournit de matière promettant pour mes cours. NOW, IN ENGLISH. ACTIVE ERA SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT AND NOT THE PRODUCT THAT I HAD IN FACT ORDERED AND PAID FOR. DESPITE MULTIPLE EFFORTS, AND ENGAGING MULTIPLE CUSTOMER TOUCH POINTS, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE HELPFUL RESPONSE FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. THE RESPONSES FROM "EMMA", BELOW, ARE SO NON-SENSICAL THAT THEY APPEAR TO BE AI. NOTE: WHEN ACTIVE ERA SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT, AND KEEPS MY MONEY, WHILE SUPPLYING NO MEANS TO REDRESS THE SITUATION, THIS IS ILLEGAL. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. BUT I WILL SHOUT OUT LOUD, ANYWHERE THAT I CAN. WHAT A LOUSY BRAND.

Good warranty experience

I had bought a scale and it stopped working after 10 months. I contacted Active Era because the purchase was still under the warranty guarantee. They sent me a new scale in a few days. All the process was easy and fast.

Fantastic customer service the bed was losing air I emailed them expecting not to get anywhere but to my surprise they were great (which is rare these days) I didn't have to send the bed back and a new one arrived within 2 days would definitely recommend this company

Remarkable level of service.

I recently contacted Active Era to report that the airbed I purchased four months ago had started to loose air during the night having previously only needed to be topped up very occasionally. I was expecting to be told that I would have to return the product before anything could be done and that at the very least I would be without it for some considerable length of time if the claim was accepted at all. I was delighted when I was contacted by Armando in around an hour and told that he would be sending out a replacement immediately and that they would not even require me to return the original item. The replacement arrived at around lunchtime the following day. If there is any way in which the company could have improved upon this level of service I am unaware of it.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. We used our airbed once and it was deflating the second time we went to put it up. Tried the patch provided to fix it but it was still deflating. This was no problem for Jenny at customer service. After providing pics Jenny arranged for a replacement bed to be sent out free of charge. The bed the first time it was used was so good- super comfy and easy to use. Much better than your average air bed, which is low to the ground. Would certainly buy again from this company.

Awful customer service and misleading description of product

The product I ordered is described incorrectly on the Active Era website. On receipt the product shows it weighs almost double what the website says. I returned it for this reason and asked Active Era to refund my return costs. They refused to do so and provided appalling customer service. Will not use again.

Great customer service! Had a puncture on my airbed and was promptly actioned by the Customer Service team. Shout out to Hanna that handled the ticket exemplary! In the end, I was sent a replacement item. An example of how customer services should be! Highly recommended.

I contacted Active Era as my newest mattress a single for my granddaughter did some deflating and she and I shared my single one i bought for my move. We did laugh a lot as she slowly was shrinking. I contacted Karren for some help as to how to find the leak and how best to repair. She came straight back to me a d said she was sending me a replacement. I was mot expecting that and am so impressed with their service.i have also gad a king size one from them (too big for temporary move) but have used for 18 months. Super comfortable and only do a quick inflate about once every 2 or 3 weeks. Thank you Active Era abd Karren for everything, sooooo impressed. Thank you Bev

Excellent Customer service

Hi I recently purchased a double air bed and used it over Christmas for a guest for the first time. It stayed up the first few nights and then started deflating and had to be inflated during the night again which was not ideal at all. I checked for a puncture and did everything else possible but still had a problem. I did report this to Active Era and the whole time I dealt with Jenny who has been extremely helpful throughout. Anyhow long story short. We believe it is faulty and Jenny has arranged for a new bed to be delivered which I am waiting for. I like the product and am hoping that the next one will not cause any problems. Jenny as customer service has been great throughout. I would recommend as at least in my case we have found a solution.
