Only just ordered today 29/4 so cant give a higher rating. Hopefully no issues with late delivery or return of items if needs be. Its my first time ordering so im hoping im not disappointed.

Well it’s Anne Smith again no return label and I will never purchase from Ador again and if you read reviews please take note they don’t care I have supplied all the information they requested but still no return label Jonathan in customer service please be ashamed of yourself you said you would assist 😡😡

Was wary about purchasing from this site & wish I had read all the reviews first. The two dresses I ordered took two weeks to arrive which isn't so bad and the products were okay but didn't fit right or suite me. The issue is in trying to get a refund. Have sent several emails over the last week and still getting no response. This is so frustrating. As you have to reach out to them to get authorisation to refund. So it they don't answer how are you meant to do this. Should have been wary when they didn't offer Paypal, as at least you could have got a refund from Paypal if they don't respond. Won't be buying from them again as it time wasting & frustrating going through the process.
Ho fatto un ordine senza prima registrare l’account e ora che ho l’account ho scritto al centro sssistenza perché devo fare un reso per cambiare la taglia , indicando il numero di ordine e il codice di transizione I messaggi inviati però non risultano registrati e non si riceve risposta . I have emailed 3 times for a return label with no reply and when I see other reviews there is no refund in your purchase very disappointed with this service and will NOT be using this site again. Wish I had read the reviews before my purchase. When there was no confirmation email on time of purchase I should have realised STILL UNHAPPY NOT RECEIVED A RETURN LABEL

I eventually received my order it was good quality, and much same as in the reels I had seen so happy with them, but would be reluctant to buy again as it took so long to receive my order to Ireland,and hard to get in touch with them . Only got response once I posted review here.
J’ai déjà écrit un avis sur mon achat de deux manteaux et suite au mauvais avis que j’ai mis Ador a répondu que je leurs donne toutes les informations ( chose que j’avais déjà fait au paravant sur leur site) donc j’ai de nouveau répondu à leur attente et la il me réponde qu’il allait me rembourser le 16 mars et nous sommes le 8 avril et aucun remboursement je pense que par PayPal ça devait aller vite mais non. J’ai depuis la réponse de chez eux j’ai écrit deux fois j’ai bien peur de ne pas être remboursé!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ich kann nur sagen - Finger weg von diesem Shop. Sehr schlechte Qualität. Die Ware ist so wie sie kam komplett in die Mülltonne geflogen. Hatte BH's bestellt, welche weder Form noch Halt hatten. Und die Farbe sah anders aus als auf den Bildern bei der Bestellung. Eine Rücksendung? Kann man vergessen. Diese bewegt sich bei 37,- € plus... Also, sie übersteigt ein Vielfaches des Warenwertes. Warum haben solche Shops immer noch eine Chance auf dem Markt???
