Received a product that was damaged. Tried to exchange it and was told it was eligible for exchange. Wasn't aware this was the case. I love Adore Me and this discourage me from ordering again.
There was an error on the shipping address and it went to another state! Without hesitation, Adore Me replaced my order and shipped a new swimming suit to me and made the process incredibly easy! Customer for life! Unfortunately, the swimsuit I ordered looks better on their rack than mine and I am returning it. I will definitely buy something else from this fantastic company!

I've been ordering from Adore Me for a few years and have always been satisfied with their products. I recently received the wrong item and had to contact customer service to exchange the item, but the process was fast and simple.
Your bra sizes are not consistent. It's discouraging.
This company will always be bottom tier. I've had nothing but problems whether it's with quality, shipping, or wrong items sent. The only thing that's maybe half decent would be there pajamas but even then Walmart has way better options. Also they have terrible customer service. Please save your money and buy something of quality. You will be nothing but disappointed
i received a USED AND FOUL SMELLING piece of lingerie. Completely turned off as to how your team can miss something like this let alone keep a used item in your inventory to be sent out to a long term customer such as myself. This UNACCEPTABLE and a monumental screw up on your team. You try and open up a box and SMELL the order of some one else's vagina. I will be canceling my membership once and for all and will be sharing this on social media.

I am very happy with my experience with Adore Me so far. We have received one elite box and it was very well curated and I kept several pieces that were sent. I have also purchased additional pajamas in a similar style to what I received and loved in the elite box. I will continue to shop at Adore Me well into the future

I like that get a box every month or I can choose to skip a month if I want. I get a variety of things to choose from and if I like anything I can keep it and whatever I don't like I get to send back at no charge. Adore me's selection is great and most of the time I end up keeping all of the box.
Customer service was great and helped me get sizes exchanged even for last sale items. It was easy and I would definitely consider going back when I need more stuff!

The designs were good, although they didn’t fit with cup sizes too small. My elite boxes were usually lingerie and pajamas but I was requesting bras.
You keep charging me a penny on my credit card, even though I’ve prepaid your services or due to your automatic billing even though nothing was ordered I’ve retained a credit balance for months. But you have the audacity to charge me a penny on my freaking credit card when you’re using my money you’re losing a good client over a damn penny. Thank you.
