Returned the tracked item on 28th march !!! Thre policy is 3-5 days refund on their terms and conditions. After 10 phones 23 rd April I finally get the refund lol is it me ? Yet when they wanted the handset it had to be done within 3 days special delivery !!! Faulty sim after testing and troubleshooting , which couldn’t be fixed , on top waiting until they scanned and tested the device before they give you the new pack code other wise get charged an early termination fee , 25 days later lol what a joke !!! This company is shambolic ! Never again

Garbage company. Ordered phone with contract - they are advertising next day delivery and regular email updates. I checked few days later and found out order was cancelled without any update or reasons for that. Wouldn't recommend this lying company to worst enemy. Waste of precious time.
After months of fighting and being told my refund was already processed and sent to my bank account I finally find out they lied to me in 8 emails my refund was never processed as they went into liquidation just to start another company the next day they really are a terrible company to deal with and really should be avoided a cheapish phone deal really isn't worth the hassle even the simplest of requests creates
This is my second review of this company avoid at all costs they lie and fob you off tried to deny my phone had been returned but tracking proved otherwise .. then said a refund was processed but hasn't I have waited from January for my refund avoid at all.costs
I wouldn’t recommend getting a refurbished phone. Two months after having mine it turns itself off and then when I turn it back on it’s down to 10% battery I then switch it back off/ on again and it goes back up to its normal percentage. Also it now starting saying temperature of phone too high when charging. I wanted a refurb to keep cost low as I’m going on mat leave and now it’s just a nuisance as can be unrealiable.
Affordable Fascias fixed my problem's with my Bungalow roof. They were clean tidy workers and took away all the rubbish. Every where was left stick & span,would recommend to anyone 👌 Full 5 stars 🌟
Extremely unhelpful & fraudulent Sold me a broken phone, the refuses to fix or replace it due to an afflicted company going into administration. Some brain dead people using the webchat - disgusting service and will be reported to the FCA
Scammers- signed us up for a membership with complete savings as opted for a cash back option. This is not clear you are doing this. Check your bank statement if you have a have opted for cash back. Paid £15 for 18 months!

Ordered my phone on 9th April and order stated expected delivery day was 10th April. After receiving no communication from AM I spoke to an advisor using the chat and they said they couldn’t do anything so had to get someone to call me. Someone called me and stated there was issues with O2 processing the order (as per the below review) - why was this not mentioned at the time of purchasing that they are having some problems with O2. ( evening after speaking with O2 and they don’t have any issues their end!) It’s now the 12th and still waiting for an update and nothing, so once again I use the chat and struggle to get a realistic timeframe on how long orders are taking. They fobbed off and said it’s with IT. So I could be waiting months, I could be waiting days. Who knows! 🤷♀️

** I’ve now cancelled my order as after 10 days they still had no update and were unable to tell me if I would ever receive my phone** Not a great experience - ordered an upgrade for o2 - my order has been stuck on processing for a week. Apparently there is a delay on O2s side saying they are updating their systems, and they can’t give any indication of a timeline when this will be resolved. I spoke to O2 who had no knowledge of an update, and said it looks like the order has not been processed on affordable mobiles (/mobile phones direct - who now fulfil the orders since being taken over by ao) side. I’ve seen in forums mobile phones direct have been advising customers of this delay since Jan, so ridiculous that they haven’t pressed for this to be resolved or give the customer and understanding of these delays before placing an order. Speaking to a customer adviser some customers have had to wait months for their new phone 🙁 Update following company reply: they repeated the exact information I put above and still have not provided an update. Very poor.

i brought my s21 at the end of the year, needed it repairing so took to a samsung repair shop at the authorization of my insurance who informed me this phone was the wrong colour and not a eu (USA)phone so refused a repair. Emailed the company to be told there are hundreds of similar cases,and gone into administration. Not happy as this phone has been miss sold to me. Could not fault the insurance company though
