Great jeweler to deal with, we wanted a piece from America that couldn't be shipped to the UK, they made it for us and it looks amazing and did not take too long either. We were kept up to date via WhatsApp and on the website. Honestly I highly recommend AG & Sons.

Amazing jewellery from AG & Sons! I ordered my wifes engagement and wedding ring from them with a specific design she wanted and the end product was exactly what she wanted. My third order with A G and Sons in last 3 years. Absolutely stunning design they made for me. Just asked them for bespoke real diamond 18k yellow gold pendant and matching earrings sets. I placed an order with AG& SONS for customised pendant for my husband And i am really really happy with final product. I gave them a picture of design and what i was looking for, they managed to capture very fine detail as well and the end product is just gorgeous. Also their customer service is very good. My husband loved it I can highly recommend them.
I cant fault the experience i have had with them. I placed the order before Christmas and even with the holidays i received the ring sooner than expected. I was kept in the loop every step of the way so ant complain. The only bit of advice i would give is to double check engraving options if you want it as i thought i added it but didnt, but that is a minor issue.

This was the first time I purchased jewellery on line. I love jewellery and high quality means a lot to me. I already had a Citrine&Diamont ring and was really desperate to find a eternity ring to match. When I googled to see what I could find on line I come across an image of what I really liked. I was a little nervous about purchasing on line for obvious reasons. I read some of the reviews and it appeared genuine.I then decided to “chat” and enquired about VAT and delivery as we don’t pay where I live. I was very impressed how quickly was the response . I already have a ring measuring tape and then proceeded to chose style my size and choice of gold stones etc.It’s easy to follow the steps . I decided to pay via PayPal as I felt I needed to be able to dispute any problems that may arise . I needed not worry because this company is genuine and very professional on their response and quality of work.Also I was impressed how I could follow step by step the progression of the work. But what impressed the most it when I informed the team that I would be away on the date of delivery. They kept me informed and send me very polite email on the last day of the my holiday to ask when I wanted the Item delivered. My husband recently ordered an eternity ring as a birthday present for me. I was apprehensive at first about ordering jewellery online, but after some research into AG & Sons we proceeded with the order. From start to finish we had first class service. I have arthritic fingers so my size was a bit large so they called to clarify my sizing and then the ring was delivered special delivery very promptly. I realised that my sizing was wrong and with no problems at all it was returned and resized and at no extra cost. My corresponding emails to & from the team were quick, efficient and professional. Such a great company & would recommend to everyone to use their service. Less not forget that the jewellery they make is outstanding and beautifull. Thank you AG & Sons. Very very good service. The website shows the rings in great detail and the ability to customise them is extensive. I bought two matching rings, both beautiful and they arrived super fast too.
