I've had a pair of TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ for nearly 2 years now, and have been delighted with the performance and sound quality of the headphones. I have, unfortunately, also had a couple of issues with the headphones and transmitter, however in both instances I've had a brilliant experience with their friendly, helpful and quick responding support team, especially Andrea and Erik. On both occasions, I've been offered a replacement part for my broken/defective one without any hassle, and these have been sent with care and speed. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Ich hab’ meine ersten Kopfhörer von AIAIAI vor 12 Jahren gekauft, damals waren es noch die TMA-1. Langsam haben sie ihren Geist aufgegeben, und es mussten die Nachfolger her — die TMA-2. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden, mit der Qualität der Kopfhörer, für mich das beste, das man auch designtechnisch haben kann. Das Upgrade war auch längst überfällig. Ich hatte auch das ein oder andere Mal mit dem Kundenservice zu tun, der sehr schnell und freundlich antwortet. Genauso schnell ist auch der Versand nach Deutschland.
La marque est serieuse au niveau livraison. Le design et le concept est top. Sauf que je suis hyper déçu. J’ai pris le casque Bluetooth de base arceau simple, pads en tissue pour 160/180€ de souvenir c’est le move xe wireless. J’envisageais ce casque pour un usage polyvalent ( marche, transport, running, muscu). Et c’est tout simplement nul: - arceau douloureux car peu large ( ça c’est personnel) - arceau qui glisse durant les developer coucher. - casque bruyant en running ( grincements de partout) - le Bluetooth est pas génial non plus j’ai des pertes de son avec mon iPhone ( quand je passe un son le suivant se lance mais aucun sont sort du casque, je dois faire pause et relancer la piste. - et dernier point. Lors d’un appel dans la rue le micro prends toute l’air du coup l’appel est d’une qualité tellement mediocre que le casque n’est pas utilisable dehors en marchant, l’interlocuteur vous entend bien mais vos écouteurs donne un son du vent causé par votre marche. Ma plus grosse erreur a été de pas l’essayer suffisamment lors de mon achat en décembre et d’avoir attendu pour l’utiliser, ce qui rends impossible le remboursement.

In fact, I came to AIAIAI after having a terrible experience with Apple's AirPods Max. To cut a long story short, I've been deep in the Apple ecosystem (i.e. giving them obscene amounts of money) for decades now, and they sold me a faulty product and not only denied warranty service, but they did it in such a way that they prove that valuing the customer relationship was no longer important to them. In a way though, I'm glad. Because it made me pull the trigger and get the H10 Wireless headset and the S10 Bluetooth cups... and let's be clear: AIAIAI are doing something that is completely unique in the consumer/prosumer space: ultra low latency, lossless wireless audio. In my headphones and in the UNIT-4 speaker system, which I'm about to buy, let's be real. And don't get me started on the actual quality of those headphones - they easily rival my (beloved) Beyerdynamic DT 1990s, which are a wired open back headphone, suitable only for listening in quiet home/studio environments. BUT THEY'RE WIRELESS with excellent Bluetooth and the unique AIAIAI low latency wireless. Which allows me to play my piano with wireless headphones - A GAMECHANGER. And playing games with the low latency wireless headset is another literal, literal 'game'changer. So here's the deal with AIAIAI. They have amazing, unique, reliable (I, no joke, use the headphones non-stop, for 16-20 hours a day because I often fall asleep with them on) and COOL products, which are liberating in many ways, not least because they allow pro audio to have flexibility and portability you just cannot get elsewhere. So that's 5 stars for the functionality and industrial design. 5 stars for the customer service - they put up with my ridiculously long emails, the poor things, but they still listen to everything I have to say, and make me feel like they value my patronage. Nowadays this is rarer and rarer, sadly. Ok. Can we praise AIAIAI for anything else? Let's see. I think they're good value for money - they also include hella useful deals on software and other stuff from their partners. Normally I ignore that, assume that it's guff but I have actually used several of the offers. But more, much more than that - THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MADE WITH SUSTAINABILITY IN MIND AND THEY PROVIDE REPAIR PARTS AND MANUALS. Other companies are doing their hardest to make their products impossible to repair unless you take it back to them. Not AIAIAI. If I could give them 6 stars for this, I would. In fact, I will. This is my review (and I'd like to say, I have not received anything for this review. It may seem too good to be true, so here's a negative: ok. The shipping takes a while from Denmark. But I can hardly blame them for the size of the Earth, and they still cover the international shipping! So actually that's another bonus star. Lol. So much for a criticism) OK then. So to sum up (I'll put this at the beginning, I guess because not everyone has all day to read me blathering on and fanboying out over this company). My brother had an aiaiai headphones a few years ago. In November I was looking for new ones and he told me to get aiaiai's headphones. I trusted him and got them. As a sound engineer myself, I can tell these headphones are awesome. I went With the H10 X01, with the lossless receptor. When using the receptor, the sound has no latency, no compression, and it's amazing to be free to move while making or listening to music. However, a few days ago, my headband broke magically. So I sent a mail on their support. When I received their response, I was shocked by their friendliness. They accepted to replace the headband without making me argue too much, always remained so friendly. Honestly, this support experience was wonderful. Anyways, if you're still hesitating to buy their headphones or speakers, you can trust me, get them. Everything about this brand is wonderful.

I had a brilliant experience dealing with the AIAIAI customer service regarding some queries I had about the headphones they produce. They where really helpful and quick to respond. It would be great if all companies had this level of detail to the consumer.
I submitted the replacement ticket for the Tracks headphones, which were broken - the right ear didn't work. The support team provided detailed instructions on how to cut my Tracks and to send them photo/video proof and get the replacement voucher instead. All done easily, I'm waiting for a new pair in a few days. Thanks for resolving the issue with the desired outcome for me as a customer.
Aiaiai have been a great support in helping me resolve a technical issue. The headphones are fantastic clear sound across all bands and they are super comfortable as well. Highly rated for music production. The customer service team are responsive and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my product and their service.
Great company with brilliantly designed products and very attentive customer support. I use my TMA-2 Wireless+ headphones daily for everything from on-set video production to listening to podcasts while walking the dog. Recently had an issue with them but support resolved it quickly and effectively.
The TMA-2 Wireless+ is really great. Easy to assemble and set up, and sounding great. I can now produce music anywhere while moving around freely without needing to worry about the cable. Initially a little hickup with the warehouse sending me the wrong order and time zone difference made it tricky to get instant help. But I am happy overall when a reshipment was made swiftly even before I sent back the wrong package. Well done CS team👍

I had an old AIAIAI TMA-2 headphones, because of age, speaker units was out of shape, matt finish where peeled off, AIAIAI sent me brand new speaker unit housings, to refurbish my old system, totaly for free. I was shocked, that this kind of service even exist. Thank you AIAIAI team!
