Customer service really is when you find out how good a company really is. I bought a pair of Men's Wool Runner-up Mizzles in February 2023 but I only wore them for around 6 months because they are not really suitable for winter wear. I started wearing them again around February this year. The soles on my shoes started to become disconnected from the rest of the shoe soon after. They have offered store credit to buy a new pair, which I appreciate. Except they don't stock any new pairs in my size, and don't know when they will. They only have non-boot styles in my size, of which I already own a pair. Ask yourself, what is the point of store credit if you can't use it for anything? It's a hollow offer. They will probably respond to this review with the typical "we're the good guys" tone that you see in replies to other reviews. They'll probably say that the product is over a year old - is it ok for shoes to fall apart after 6-8 months of casual wear? Especially an expensive product like Allbirds? The customer service representative is pleasant, but they are completely unwilling to fix a faulty product. You've turned a fan of your shoes into a former customer. Well done.
