The the communication from point of sale to delivery was excellent. When the on time delivery arrived the guys were very polite and didn't complain about the 3 flights of stairs they had to climb with 4 extremely heavy boxes. Our bedroom furniture was so easy to assemble as it arrived almost complete, this was not expected and I cannot express how much this made a difference to us. Well done Amart in every area.

Please don’t buy anything from Amart Furniture I purchased a marble dining table with them so many problems like scratches, patches when lime sprinkles on table and discolouration all I sent a photos and requested to exchange or return they declined so I never buy with them again
We chose what we wanted and ordered it utilising AfterPay.
The shopping experience was good. The salesperson was attentive if a little distracted at the end of the transaction. I was advised the lounge could take up to 16 weeks to get here (which was fine with me) and that I would be notified almost excessively with updates about where the item was and what it’s ETA would be. I ordered in January 2024 and by mid April 2024, I had not received any emails or SMS. Not one. I called and they said it was in the country and I would receive an SMS by the end of April. Which I did. I had opted and paid for delivery. I responded to every SMS x2 and email x2 with my delivery preferences as requested. It said Amart staff would be in contact to organize delivery. After more than a week of not hearing a thing. I tried calling the number given in the email and SMS. It rang and rang and rang. No one ever answered. I tried twice on different days and times. In the end I rang the local store and they organized delivery. I was advised that I would be given a time frame, the day before, of when to expect delivery and that the drivers would call me on the day to give me a more accurate ETA. The SMS sent the day before said expect delivery between 1.30pm-4.30pm. Ok no worries. On the day, the driver called at 12pm and said they’d be there in the next 45-60mins. Ok great. I was out, so I went home and waited. And waited. And waited. At 1.30pm I tried to call them. They cut the call off. They finally arrived at 2.15pm. 90mins later then advised. No apology or acknowledgment. If they had been delayed. A quick call or SMS to let me know would’ve been nice. I had people waiting for me elsewhere that I needed to get to. Like most places these days, even basic customer service is non existent. Overall I’m a bit disappointed. The lounge is nice.
Amart plz update your collection service. Back dock is far too slow. Great staff though!
