I was staying nearby so visited their headquarters and received a warm welcome. Sally measured me and later that day I was given a large box of bras to try on! I found two very luxurious bras that fitted like a dream! Don’t even notice I’m wearing them!! I am a 38H so normally in bras that dig in and leave marks. Not anymore!! Thank you Sally!! Love my new bras!!

Yet another waste of money…

Called for advice regarding a non wired bra and purchased the item they promised would be just right over the phone. Item was not in stock so waited weeks for it to arrive. On arrival it was absolutely dreadful, not what I’d been told to expect at all - sizing utterly wrong, and more like scaffolding than lingerie. Having valiantly tried to wear it for an hour or so, I was therefore unable to return it. Now stuck with a horrible, unwearable bra and over £40 out of pocket. Not happy.

Great stockist of Empreinte bras

I am a huge fan of Empreinte bras and Ample Bosom has a great range. I ordered two this week, as they had a sale on, great news, and they arrived the next day, perfectly packaged. I received an email confirmation of what I had ordered. Their website is clear and easy to follow, with a full list of sizes that are in stock. It can be hard running a small business and I appreciate the time and effort needed to keep on top of everything. Well done Ample Bosom for great service.

Came to check if ample bosom is a scam site

EDIT: turns out the package was sent this week but I had not been notified. I would suggest that communication needs to be improved as customers should not have to chase up orders for weeks. I also wouldn’t have ordered this item if I knew it was out of stock. Original post: There is misleading information about stock levels on the website. I have now waited 5 weeks for my swimsuit order and it hasn’t been even been shipped. After two weeks I enquired and received an email to say they were waiting for restock and would not charge my card until they sent it. A week later I was informed that the company were delayed 7-10 more days in manufacturing the swimsuit. They then charged my credit card for the order and 10 days later they have still not sent it. I am in the Southern hemisphere so our swimming season will be over by the time I get it.

Sally and her team are great! I rang and they helped explain how I should take my measurements and then made suggestions of which bras they thought would suit me best. I am very happy with the bras they sent me as they are very comfortable so I can wear them everyday. I will be reordering with them when I need a new bra!

Be careful if ordering from Ample Bosom

On 22nd of August 2022 I ordered a dressing gown from Ample Bosom. I returned it on 28 th of August, unworn & with labels intact. On 15 th of September I received a worn dressing gown (Most certainly not the one I returned) stating that I could not have a refund as the garment was stained and without labels. I have written twice to Ample Bosom but sadly they have not replied to my complaint. Disappointed customer.

Sally and the Amplebosom team are brilliant! I was rang to order an old favourite Triumph bra which I have had for years, but once I spoke to Sally she selected several new bras to send to me to try on. I couldn't be more pleased - comfort and fit is so much better and i have reordered my 'new favourites' in more colours. I'm very happy!

I placed an order on line on 30.08.22 forgot about it as ordered as gift for my daughter but she asked me today when they would be arriving. I phoned and was first told this is not our order number so had to go through all the rigmarole with a second lady who said oh the order has been missed and now half the order is out of stock !! She was very off hand as though it did not matter and I was not happy and she said what do you want me to do about it in a couldent care less manner I said I would never order with ample bosom again and was told that’s fine !! Not impressed

AmpleBosom knew exactly what I needed and were so helpful. I have bra selection/fitting challenges as a result of breast cancer surgery, making a lot of bras uncomfortable to wear. In my desperation to find a bra with the features I needed, I called the customer service who were so helpful. They listened to my requirements, got me to take my measurements and selected the right size for the particular bra they suggested. This has turned out to be a very comfortable bra and I can now get through the day without pain and aggravation of my old scars. The comfiest I have been for months. I am so glad I phoned rather than just guess which bras would suit me from the website. Thank you.

the service was very poor and it is not clear that when you return a product they do not pay for the postage.....and the refund is still not in my account. the quality of the bra i purchased was really shoddy-there is obviously little quality control

Good customer service, rough shipping.

They have good customer service- I made an error when ordering and they were able to mend it the next day before sending it out. I just really wish they would change their shipping. I ordered quite a while ago and am still waiting for my order. For some reason it keeps getting stuck at different centres. This is by no means in their control- but after reading these reviews it seems I am not alone. I think they would get better reviews if they were to switch to a different shipping system.

I have used AmpleBosom to supply a Empriente that I have previously from another company for 20years and is no longer stocked by them. Relieved to find the relationship with the manufacturer in France has been maintained, and delighted to have received friendly and attentive customer service. The negative reviews are not my experience at all.

Buyer beware!

After a telephone call to AB I recently ordered an expensive bra in the style and size recommended by customer services. Tried it and one side did not sit right, it appeared faulty as fabric puckered and twisted. Side boning also seemed too short. Returned and requested a refund which was denied. I was accused of damaging the bra. An accusation I refuse to accept. Much correspondence ensued with varying explanations from AB. They were obviously not prepared to take my complaint seriously or refer back to the manufacturer insisting I had damaged the garment so they would return it to me. Meantime I purchased identical garment from alternative supplier. It fits perfectly and I have no problem with it. Despite sending photograph depicting the differences between the AB faulty bra and the other one I purchased they dug their heels in and are insistent that I have caused damage. I sought legal advice but due to the size of my claim it appears not to be worthwhile pursuing. Altogether a thoroughly unpleasant and unfair experience. So, buyer beware and learn from my review - be sure to purchase elsewhere.

Truly terrible customer service....beware if you have to return anything! Initially I received no email notification that my order had been sent out and had to phone to confirm that it had actually been sent. Sadly the bra didn't fit well so I had to return it. Be warned you will have to pay for return postage. I posted the bra back on the 2nd and then called on the 8th as I had not received any confirmation of return. I was told that they were working through returns that day and that it should be processed and refunded later that day. Still no refund by the 14th so called again. Was told that they are still processing returns and that it might be in a pile of 10 still waiting processing in the office. There was no offer to quickly check through the pile, no apology for delay, the person on the call just sounded like they couldn't be bothered and didn't really care that it was taking so long. I can only conclude that they get a lot of calls about the slowness of their returns procedure hence the lacklustre response .

Brilliant customer service, helped with fitting questions and answers, the lady I spoke to certainly knew her stuff. Three new bras arrived and fitted better than having had a very expensive trip to R&P in Kensington. Thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely shocking bras and customer service - avoid!

I am 6 weeks post breast surgery and needed to order some supportive bras for when I was allowed to take my surgical bra and bandages off. Having ordered what I thought were 3 supportive bras, I waited a week for 1 to arrive. 3 weeks on I still haven’t had the other two. The one that turned up is horrifically uncomfortable and does not support my breasts at all. Cheap flimsy material which itches my scars - not what I was expecting for £30 at all. I phoned their customer service department today to cancel the two that still haven’t arrived (and I was told they had no idea when they would be dispatched!) and to advise that I’d be returning the one I already have which is useless. I duly completed the returns slip, went to the post office - and was charged to send it back!! When I queried this with customer service again just now I was told that I could only have free postage if I’m exchanging it for another one. Absolutely terrible service! I’ll never order from them again and I am going back to my tried and tested Marks and Spencers where I can get a bra delivered to me within 48 hours and, if it’s no good, free postage to return it!!! God knows how long I’ll wait for a refund for this one...avoid this company at all costs.
