I got a beautiful leather jacket, I was so pleased when I got it. Nice soft leather, very well made, and the price was right. The thing I love most is ,I have never seen a jacket like it before it’s great. Will definitely be buying again from Angle Jackets.
First of all they do deliver jackets (read alot that they can be fake), they are real. I've received what i ordered, jacket looks like on the pictures. However not impressed with the quality, had some defects, not sure if it will last long. Its just my opinion not worth that price. Delivery 7 days from Pakistan. Their customer service is good, answered all my emails, live chat workes as well. You will get a refund if you choose this option, i got mine. Overall good impression about the company

I’m having difficulty with Angeljackets deliverer – skynet – a signature is required but I am not at home during office hours and it seems they won’t leave parcel with a neighbour. I’ve been told to phone skynet (needless to say on hold for 20plus minutes and no answer) to find out where I can collect my parcel from. I have sent emails but had no help so far… ****UPDATE: I’ve since been contacted by email to say parcel will be delivered tomorrow evening 🤞 ******* FURTHER UPDATE: thanks to wonderful customer service rescheduled delivery went to plan and I’m very happy with the excellent support received!
I had ordered the wrong size product and needed to return. Unfortunately I was hospitalised and I was unable to return jacket without great difficulty. I can not thank Ann at Angel Jackets. She was so understanding and helpful over the whole situation and went way above and beyond giving great customer service at a very difficult and stressful time. I ordered a jacket from the website and it arrived in a timely manner. Upon first inspection something didn't look quite right and when I compared it to the website the buttons were definitely different. The jacket was nice enough, but smelt like chemicals to me. I did speak to customer services who apologised about the difference in quality and offered me 25% discount should I wish to keep it. I decided not to and returned the jacket for a full refund. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I didn't want to risk another replacement, just incase. Others seem to love their purchase, sadly it wasn't for me. I have received a reply asking for my order number or my review may be removed after 3 days. My order number is 23579937. I do however find it concerning you are now offering me to place another order and should I like the jacket I would only pay 70% of the value. I may have just been unlucky like I said, but I do not wish to place another order. Update: I received further correspondence from Angels Jackets offering me a free jacket if I removed my review. See correspondence in brackets: (Given the efforts invested to ensure your contentment, I kindly ask you to consider retracting your previous feedback. You can always re-submit it later if you believe I haven't fulfilled any of the aforementioned commitments.) I declined this offer as I have morals and feel that Trustpilot should be a true reflection of honest reviews. I stand by my original 3* review.
The jackets are good, especially for the price. They are light, but the leather is soft and the design looks nice. The customer service was fantastic. I was able to swiftly get an exchange to a smaller different product, and it was perfect!
This motorcycle jacket was worth the wait! This jacket is exactly as described. It takes a casual look up a notch and gives an evening look a funky edge. I even wore it over my wedding dress!
Unfortunately after a delay with my order I was unable to purchase my jacket as it would have been too late for a birthday gift which is why I cannot give 5 stars. With quick response to emails my money was quickly refunded and a satisfactory goodwill gesture was accepted. Cheryl @ customer services was very apologetic and made sure I was happy with the outcome, which I was. 🙂
I ordered a jacket which,when delivered, had a stain defect. Upon emailing the company,m I got an immediate response which led to a quick resolution. Needless to say, I am completely satisfied and happy with Angel Jackets. Chuck
