Kyle the Technical advisor was brilliant, he was very calm, patient and talked me through on on going issue with confidence and desire to resolve the problems. The issues were all my own doing as l had bought second hand equipment and wanted to restore it all to factory default. Their equipment is excellent and very well priced in a crowded CCTV suppliers market. Customer support goes beyond excellent and l was delighted with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this company for all your CCTV requirements

Annke produce fantastic products at a great price. I have two camera systems and the Whiffle door bell which all are of high quality. My parcel was unfortunately lost by the courrier, but this was promptly sorted and a new package sent out and recieved quickly. Product support has also been top notch!
What made my experience good that I thought I'll email. Them and probably will not get a answer we r for weeks li,e the other company's and annke prof me wrong wow day ,after got a answer and day after problem fixed I email them and they get back to me in less then a hour I will be buying more of there products in years to come thank you agr so much joy u made my and kids life safer by helping me with user name and pass word we have view of out side now and can see who there thank you

It came broken one camera needed replaced as the mount was not only broken, but very cheaply made. The BIG issue here is that, It wont record anything. I have formatted the machine, followed the instructions. Do yourselves a favor keep looking for a security camera,, not this one.
They actually do support their products Long After the initial sale!
