Love the products from this brand , I will say my first order I did recieve a faulty item but this dealt with quickly and the customer support team was brilliant and I am very happy with item managed to order few things in the sale but I will say I would pay full price for the items I have received , the quality is brilliant, looking foreward to new items being released and I will be ordering more in future
Love this brand the leggings are so comfortable and well made, great colours too! I also received an amazing customer service experience from Courtney when I had a bit of an issue with an order that came late she totally helped me sort it all, very professional and in a timely fashion. Definitely would recommend this brand to anyone! Thanks again for all your help!

I bought a pair of leggings before Christmas and have only just noticed the logo at the back has slightly rubbed off in the wash so I contacted the company and they have been very helpful and sent me a replacement. Quick replies back and excellent customer service
Great quality of clothing, especially the leggings for petite girls. They were very quick to respond & rectify my issue - great customer service from my experience. Understand being a small brand it’s trial and error in navigating what works best of the brand to give the best service to their customers, it’s clear form the communication I have had with them that they have the intention to continually improve. Will definitely continue to be a regular customer.

This is how customer service should be, many businesses could learn from anotherversion. I have been a customer for a few years and ordered many items. Unfortunately one pair of leggings fell short of the usual quality after a couple of months of wear. I contacted customer services (Daisy) with an e-mail on a Sunday and within literally an hour I had a response offering a couple of solutions along with an apology. With a quick reply my concern was resolved and anotherversion went over and above what I expected. Within 3 days I had a new pair of leggins delivered at no cost. You cannot fault them - very professional. I also like the fact that the business empower their staff to make decisions to find a resolution without the need to escalate- sign of a good business.

Ordered over £100 worth of goods and returned it all a week late out of there 14 day returns policy and was refused a refund. My fault I know but time can run away from you sometimes. I asked if they could kindly issue a refund as I have no intention of ordering again but they only offered me a store credit which i don’t want to use so I’ve basically lost £150. Really disappointed.
I received a different size to what I ordered , this company was so efficient sorting it out , I was so pleased they did not cause any more inconvenience to me , also the leggings I ordered I love them , I have them in 2 colours now .

When I ordered my bits they came fast I was over the moon with them quality was out of this world, but the colour was a bit too young for me so needs an exchange. This took some time as there portal was down , my husband mention Instagram messenger which I did and they got back to me within MINUTES!! She was so helpful and sent my bits out next day delivery which is fab cos I’m going away this weekend and got the outfit for this time away . They was professional explaining what had happened and rectifying the issue within 20 minutes of my message. Brilliant service and lovely cloths
