Who delivers flowers as birthday gift via Royal Mail and not have possibility to contact the sender in the case of nobody is at home. Next day delivery for flowers is beyond me. Website is dysfunctional as well. Ruined the experience I deeply regret using them.
I think £55 plus delivery isn’t very good value for the size of these flowers I’ve bought

Beautifully packaged box of Roses, each one in an individual 'vial' of liquid so that they stayed fresh. The colour was amazing and the delivery on time. Would definitively recommend if you are looking for quality.

Excellent delivery
The peonies are fantastic and have given a lot of pleasure. I was not happy that the flowers were left on my elderly mother’s doorstep. I requested the delivery person to be patient as my mother has mobility issues and retrieving the flowers put her at some risk of falling.
This was a gift for my next door neighbours who were very kind and helpful during the past year when I was housebound. Ordering the gift was easy and it was delivered on time and they were delighted with it. What lost a star was the fact that they called me by my neighbour’s name soiwas a bit concerned it would come to me, but it was ok.

I saw the photograph on the web. How many times are we disappointed when the product arrives!! BUT Appleyard's smashed it out of the park these 50 roses were delivered as photographed / advertised. just perfect and very much delivered as expected. 10/10
