Very happy with the appliance, very happy with customer service, very happy with the delivery, 6:30 was a bit early, but had to be the case. They took my old American fridge freezer. They put my new one in. They were courteous, friendly and nothing seem too much trouble
I really wanted to see the appliances that I liked and had seen online. So went up to the showroom and saw the majority of the appliances that I ended up buying. Most are now in use and I am happy with them. Amy was very helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is that my delivery date was pushed back by Appliance City by two days on the date of delivery and that affected my kitchen install. I incurred additional costs as a result. After 7 months of building works, I did not have the energy to have a conversation with Appliance City about the fact that my fitters were stuck without the appliances and the resulting extra cost. The communication from Appliance City around the delay was efficient and the delivery guy was helpful and brought the appliances in.
No fuss with ordering, delivered on time. Item was as described and i'm very pleased with freezer and the professional service. Good experience and would I recommend without hesitation.

I spent a whole weekend trying to log onto the LG site and gave up with the computer generated replies. So I phoned Appliance City and spoke to Amy for 4 minutes 30 seconds and placed an order for an LG fridge freezer and a Bosch hob, I had an multi buy discount which make it cheaper than all the online sites I checked and free delivery. The order and delivery were confirmed, it was delivered on time by two polite chaps from AC. The Bosch hob had a small glue mark on the glass hob (a manufacturing defect) and a replaced was delivered by another polite chap from AC.
Ian , t , carried out a great delivery. He had to negotiate a tricky access to the house but managed it well.

Ordered a number of appliances on a multi buy deal which was very good. Easy to order and a great price with good savings. Delivery was easy to arrange on a date we needed to accommodate our kitchen fitters. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt use again in the future
