C'est dommage de devoir payer 20 euros juste pour renvoyer une paire de basket qui me va pas car la taille est trop petite. Surtout que j'en ai commandé de nouvelles a la bonne taille. Il serait bien de réaliser un geste commerciale sur ce nouvel achat. Merci
I bought them from a friend. New and unused. I have all the tags and packaging intact with the product ID and barcode saying the originality of the product. The product was one size small. My bad. Just when I tried to loosen up the noose, the elastic holder gave up. Yes, that's the reality of these 200 EUR shoes. And there's nothing they would do to help me fix this. If you think these are sturdy sneakers, it could be a mistake. I thought the same, and now they need me to send them some documents of purchase, which I unfortunately don't have. I am beyond amazed by their response even after knowing about the POOR QUALITY of ARKK SHOES.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and had to pay 60 euros to have them shipped. Upon arrival I hadn’t tried them on right away but when I finally did, I found them a bit big. Of course since they’re located in Copenhagen, I wasn’t able to try them on anywhere where I live in the LA region. They run a bit on the larger size and find myself in too enviable position where as I will have to spend over 60 euros to ship them back and another 60 euros to have the replacements shipped back to me in California. I like their shoes but if you make an honest mistake, you’re pretty much stuck with shoes that are bit too large for the liking.
