I could not find the promised free introductory offer ( and still failed when i logged in again under another new name) and after suspending my account for 3 months the email promised before the next charge was not received; poorly set up at best and deliberately tricky at worst!
I believe you can make your app more dynamic by adding some illustrative tools such as relevant tables / graphs in the screen, audio is very static & listener feely sleepy, the experience should be more interactive
Was told that this was a free trial, every title I tried required an “upgrade “

I was having lots of problems signing up for the free trial and the adviser I chatted with in app was extremely helpful and thorough. They had to come back to me but when they did, the issue was fixed. Haven't used any of my credits so far because the layout is quite different from audible but hopefully I find it right for me.
Too difficult for me to use. I thought I was getting 3 Books to begin, but only got 1 (Brett Bayers). Please cancel my trial membership. Thank you, Tony Romero
Very poor selection. Trying to cancel my trial but says my email is invalid.
I went to cancel my account, but it stopped me with a prompt saying that I could recieve a notification before my free trial was up, to let me know when my account was going to be changed. Well, I had not finished the one book I started during the trial period, so I figured it would give me a few more days to finish it. Well I never got a notification telling me my free trail was up. Just a heads up, keep track of when your account is going to get charged!

I was told there would be 3 free books during the free trials period but only got one credit. The second book I wanted to try, charged me over 16 dollars. I remembered clearly that I didn’t select “buy it” but selected “not now”. I’m pretty disappointed now.
I was looking for a good way to listen to books before I went to sleep. Your company meet my expectations. I love the sleep timer. I don't have to worry about turning off my phone and have piece of mind to relax. The narrator's are always easy to understand and help me fall a sleep.
Audio Books is very user friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the book Where the Crawdads Sing. Excellent!!
I like the fact that I can buy audiobook with subscription. However, the subscription is the same price as competitors, and I was not able to download the audiobook to my Apple Watch.

Made things faster
I started as a possible alternative to audible, but the first two books I tried had a strange buffering problem despite showing them as downloaded. Also, I couldn't go faster than 2x speed, which together means it's pretty unusable.
After an hour I cancelled. I found the website hard to navigate.
I thought you could listen to any book with your subscription but you have to pay a subscription and pay for the books you want to listen to. It’s misleading and audio books should let it’s customers know that. If I had know that I would have never paid for a subscription.
