What triggered me to leave a 5 star review was the rapid reaction of Bryan from customer support who not only answered during the Holidays but also resolved a bug with the technical team regarding to an audiobook that was causing an issue that I kept getting logged out when I was opening “My Library” and thus I couldn’t download or access my library. I am a client since August 2022. I am satisfied with the portfolio of audio books and I frequently buy audio books because they are downloadable and easy to put on my waterproof mp3 player while I swim or while I commute.
I have used a lot of audiobook services over the years. I listen to audiobooks daily on my commute and wouldn't know what to do without them. I like that I can download the MP3 files from their website and put them on a thumb drive to listen to in my car. I recommend AudiobooksNow.com to all my friends.

I've used a lot of audiobook services in my day and find AudiobooksNow to be the best for me. Their prices and customer service are excellent and I always find what I'm looking for. I love their user friendly website/app and the different purchasing options they offer.
I've been using this service for years. I like having the option to purchase audiobooks without signing up for a membership and still get a great price. Their selection is excellent and their support is top notch.
I thought I was purchasing a cd set. Turns out its an audiobook that takes 4 hours to load. Customer service was lousy. I guess I have a useless product and they lost a future customer. I purchased the cd set new elsewhere for a cheaper price even with shipping. This version is overpriced.
The problem was due to my own mistake. AudioBooks helped me quickly to recover my account.
Bought a book for my daughter, but months later when I reviewed my statement I saw that charge, but I didn't recognize it. I wrote to customer service. Customer service responded immediately. Nathan tracked down the charge and reported it to me. Customer service does not get better than that. Now that I like them so much I am going to figure out how to play CD's in my car that doesn't have a CD player. I love audio books and stopped listening when I got this car. Time to start listening again. Some great choices available.
Great place to get audiobooks for pretty cheap price. There's a nice collection of free ones as well, and an additional collection for people with membership.
I’ve been a member of Audiobooksnow for 5 years and have found it to be the best place to find a large variety of audiobooks. The App and website is very easy to understand and use. If I ever have a question or a problem there customer service is fast and extremely helpful. There prices are competitive. I needed help downloading a recently purchased book. The support person (Nathan) took all the time needed for this newbie to the world of audiobooks. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The audio works great, reasonable price, and of course the good service. I'll use them again when needed.
I have been using AudiobooksNow for well over a year. I listen to at least 1 book a week. Excellent library, easy to order and download. Excellent prices. App is terrific
AudiobooksNow live up to their name, I can get book when I want them and how I want them, which is in Mp3 downloads, there are some that can not be down loaded, but most are, the ones that can not be down loaded I can listen to though their app, the others I can play on any MP3 player there is no need for special apps or players that other book services require. They have a large selection of books, both old and new, and offer discounts each month.

Life got easier now I have a source for great audiobooks without the hassle that I've experienced from other sources. Simple and cost effective. I love it!
Finding this site a few years ago was a godsend. The quality and many modern and old books selections are second to none. This is the only site I use because other sites are more expensive and not so easy to use. Wayne Pyer.
Service is pretty good, book selection very large. I wish they would exchange. books you find not to be what you had hoped, like some other audiobook services, however, for the monthly fee(4.95) and excellent discounts on books, they are worthwhile
Great selection and prices. Often times much less than their rival company that starts with an 'A'. And, no monthly recurring fees. Finally, hundreds of totally free audiobooks!
I selected my books based on my favorite author. Audiobooks also lists if a book is part of a particular series and provides a short informational piece as well.
We got audiobooksnow during the covid pandemic because my children love a particular children’s author who we couldn’t find on the library’s audio app. As a parent trying to keep two kids happy at home for months, this has been such a great service for us. We definitely get our money’s worth. The book selection is extensive and prices are reasonable. I only have three minor issues with the service—1. If you search for books on the app, the prices are higher than if you log in online and search there. This isn’t a big deal if you just remember to search online. 2. We sometimes have issues with the books audio cutting in and out when we try to connect to our TVs sound bar. We don’t have this issue if we listen on the phone or separate speaker, so I suspect it’s an issue with our sound bar. 3. The monthly sale books haven’t yet been for children’s books. All these issues are minor. I find the app easy to use and searching for titles is easy. Books are available instantly after purchasing, which is great when your kid just can’t wait one more minute for a Dragon Masters book.
