Bought a pc, ordered it Tuesday morning and come Friday morning very pleased, few fans wasn’t lighting up but issue was sorted as they stated on website that probably come loose in shipping, all connected and running fine now. Very happy apart from that no issues at all
Bought a few things online, had trouble with the website not adding to basket. Managed to place an order on something that was “in stock” but had an email 2 days later saying it wasn’t. Decided to pop in today as they’re not too far away, for a bigger order. Aiden on the sales desk saved this companies reputation for me, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Spent time showing me different components and how everything works. Still a couple of hiccups with their order system, even in house but it’s not a deal breaker. Thanks Aiden!
I love the pc and monitor I ordered from you guys, it's great and well built. Would've given 5 stars but there was no power cable included in with the pc so now I have to and get one.

Bought the Asus Prime AP201 PC case and it was a pleasure to build my new PC in. It's the perfect mATX size and was spacious enough to fit all my components especially my 313mm GPU! The cooling is great with just the included exhaust fan. Highly recommended!
I received my PSU in quick time, with no stress. I thought there was an issue with it at 1st, as I had someone fit it for me whilst I was at work. I contacted AWD, who's service was very professional, asking me of the issue and a photo of item. Advising the correct procedure to return said item, and emailing me a return label, I later tried the PSU myself and found it worked fine, I contacted AWD again, to cancel the return, where I received an email from AWD thanking me for letting them know. A great all round polite service both on the phone and via email, and most defiantly will use AWD_IT again. Highly recommended. Thanx guys..
