J'ai offert des pantoufles orange BAABUK à mon chéri pour Noël. Il en est super content, en plus d'être fun de part la couleur, elles sont d'après lui très confortables. Des chaussons qui a mon avis feront plusieurs hivers car ils sont de bonne qualité. Je pense aussi m'en acheter une paire !
Super chaussures, légères et confortables, je les porte de l'automne jusqu'au printemps. Ayant des problèmes de sensibilité au niveau des pieds, elles sont faciles à enfiler et ne serrent pas les pieds et me correspondent très bien. Et le design est super sympa ! Toute la famille en a une paire et on en recommandera prochainement

Inklaringskosten op een paar zooltjes van € 12,-. Niets mis met de zooltjes, de sloffen zijn ook prima in orde. Maar er wordt nergens vermeld dat je inklaringskosten moet betalen. Bijna net zo duur als de zooltjes.

Meine erste Bestellung für mich waren Sky Wooler, die ich bei Waschbär bestellt habe. Leider waren diese zu klein und ich mußte diese umtauschen. Alles kein Problem! Meine zweite Bestellung war dann direkt bei Baabuk, auch weil es hier andere Farben der SkyWooler gab. Diesmal eine Nummer größer bestellt. Meine Frau wollte auch gleich ein paar SkyWooler mitbestellen. Leider gab es Ihre Auswahl nur in Ihrer tatsächlichen Größe, keine Nummer größer. Aber wir gingen das Risiko ein. Die Lieferung dauerte schon etwas lange! Andere Shops sind da bedeutend schneller! Meine Schuhe passten! Die meiner Frau waren leider zu klein (wie befürchtet)! Also retournieren. ...und dann ging es los! Erst wurde uns vorgeschlagen, die Schuhe selbst weiter zu verkaufen/verschenken! Wir würden dafür einen Rabatt beim nächsten Einkauf bei Baabuk erhalten. Das lehnten wir ab und wollten eine „traditionelle Retoure“. Also die Schuhe auf eigene Kosten zurück geschickt. 9 Tage später diese Antwort: „wir haben Ihre zurückgegebenen Baabuk-Artikel aus dem Sonderverkauf erhalten. Obwohl reduzierte Artikel nicht zurückgenommen werden können, so wie es auf der Produktseite beschrieben ist, machen wir in Ihrem Fall eine Ausnahme und stellen Ihnen einen Gutschein in Höhe des Wertes Ihrer zurückgegebenen Artikel aus. Diesen können Sie dann in unserem Online-Shop für Ihre zukünftigen Einkäufe verwenden.“ Bei Baabuk sind offensichtlich ALLE reduzierten Artikel ein Sonderverkauf und sollen damit vom gesetzlichen Widerspruchsrecht ausgeschlossen sein! Das ist gesetzeswidrig! Bitte schaut als Käufer bei Baabuk nach: Ich habe keinen Hinweis auf „Sonderverkauf“, „Restposten“, „Auslaufmodell“ oder ähnliches gesehen! Die Schuhe waren lediglich reduziert und das ist auch heute noch so! Wir forderten natürlich trotzdem unser Geld zurück, was zu weiteren E-Mail-Austausch führte in dem wir auch auf die Gesetzeslage lt. BGB hinwiesen. Baabuk weigert sich weiterhin das Geld zu erstatten und möchte das „intern prüfen“!!! Baabuk-Mail: „Tatsächlich haben Sie gemäß dem Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch (BGB) § 312g ein Widerrufsrecht bei außerhalb von Geschäftsräumen geschlossenen Verträgen und Fernabsatzverträgen. Davon ausgeschlossen sind jedoch personalisierte Artikel oder Auslaufmodelle. Bei den von Ihnen erworbenen Artikeln handelt sich de facto um Auslaufmodelle, die Teil einer früheren Kollektion waren und nicht mehr produziert werden.“ Jetzt wurde aus dem „Sonderverkauf“ ein „Auslaufmodell“! Weder sind „Auslaufmodelle“ von einem Widerspruchsrecht ausgenommen noch ist der Schuh (noch heute!) auf der Webseite als Auslaufmodell gekennzeichnet! … aber heute gibt es ihn in der (größeren) Größe für meine Frau, trotz angeblichen Produktionsstopps! Seit 10 Tagen keine Reaktion mehr von Baabuk! Das Geld wurde auch noch nicht erstattet! Für unseren Geschmack ein absolut inakzeptables Verhalten dieser Firma!!! Fazit: 3 Sterne für die Schuhe (durchschnittliche Qualität), aber WEIT unterdurchschnittlicher Kundenservices gegenüber Kunden! KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!
Ordered a pair of the Classic Woolers for a recent international trip. I wanted a shoe that would be comfortable enough for a full day of walking around cities, look nice enough for a night out, and also not get smelly. My shoes ended up being excellent for this. They weren't as comfortable as a dedicated walking/hiking shoe, but my feet never got too sore and I didn't have to use space in my bag for an extra pair of shoes. They were even halfway decent for a couple of quick hikes. So far they have held up really well too.
In the last two years, I owned two slippers, both broke (got holes) after only 1 year each. Fixing it with the repair set did not help, as the repair sticker broke after some days. In addition, replacement soles always get messed up (they fold inside the shoe, slide, and break even quicker (after some weeks) than the original ones. I will get through this winter with my broken (now quite ugly-looking) Babuuk and will most likely try some other brand in the future. A pity, I really wanted to enjoy/love them - but after two years/two slippers, I will try to aim for something more sustainable. PS: I am always wearing socks in them, cutting my toe nails like a good boy AND I am wearing the proper size. Not sure what else I should do 🙂
I have the Classic Wooler - Black Edition. I wear them almost every day because they are comfortable and basic, so I can wear them with a lot of outfits. And the wool is warm and breathable, not stuffy. My old ones got stolen (yes, that happens here when you leave them in your bicycle bags...), so I purchased new ones a few months ago and they are exactly the same good quality.
Génial, juste génial! J'ai les sneakers, les pantoufles et même les boules de séchage. J'adore le dynamisme de cette marque et leur comm' bravo l'équipe !
From the first email confirmation of my order, to my reaching out to change the delivery address to alerting me when the slippers would be shipped to the changed address only kindness, generosity and understanding were shared over the emails by the incredible customer service team. I totally love the Baabuk slippers! I can feel the love of the sheep, their people, the wool spinners and weavers, all parts of the process that made it possible for the slippers to be a warming part of the winter for me. Thank you team Baabuk! Thank you for caring for our earth planet in such a heartfelt way. It infuses all you do.

Great colours and super comfy shoes. I ordered sneakers and slippers and I love them, they are warm and comfortable. They are definitely my go to shoes every morning. Fast delivery and great service.
Ordering was easy and products arrived earlier than expected. The descriptions matched the products. I am very happy with my purchase. The Skywooler's are easy to slip on/off, for high top shoes, and so far are comfy. The Mel slippers are cozy and warm. Bonus for the sole being grippy. If you are unsure on size, I would say order a size down. (I ordered 42 in Skywooler, and they're perfect, the 42 in Mel seems a tad big).
I’m wearing Baabuk since they launched their first sleepers, and have been purchasing some news designs over the years. They are super comfortable , warm and perfect quality that last. I offered some pairs to my family and they all enjoy their pair of Baabuk, in their own style and for each season!
I have the slippers (3 pairs), I have the boots, I have the sneakers (2 pairs) and I just love them all !! It’s warm, comfy and stylish.
