I know the product got shipped and supposedly is sitting in my town - Conway, NH - somewhere. I believe it was delivered to the USPO on Friday, April 19th, but to date I have not received it. Just a little frustrating not know where it is.
When I realised that I had ordered the wrong size on line I immediately emailed the customer care team. I had a quick response from Kathleen who very kindly sorted the problem before it was sent out. Very friendly and efficient.

Don’t really understand your business logic. Willing to take a return rather than a price match for items I literally just received! Customer care clearly doesn’t care, telling me ‘The return in the US is not free” with bold highlights! implying what? You can do free returns in other countries or what? I don’t appreciate the attitude, however I have no time and energy to deal with your customer care once again. Horrible communication experience and poor business strategy.

We had an issue with our order, as they included the wrong order in the shipment. I sent a note through the online platform raising the issue and was so pleasantly surprised at the prompt and attentive response. I received an email the next morning from a customer service representative, apologizing for the error and resending my order. She also sent the return labels so I could send back the errant package. Of course it would have been better, if the order had arrived without issue--but mistakes happen and Mori has put in place a great customer service team to make sure that when they do happen, things get fixed quickly!

My family and me we all love Mori so much. My lo mostly wears Mori and recently we parents got us a matching pj as our lo and I find it adorable. The material is super soft and feels like second skin. However I’m disappointed that women’s pj doesn’t have pockets like men’s does!! Considering the price point of Mori, it’s actually quite surprising and upsetting. Secondly, the size runs a bit big so first I ordered a large one and realized it’s quite big on me and decided to exchange one for medium size but came to know that Mori doesn’t do free exchanges. Love the brand and the messaging and what it stands for but there are certain aspects which may deter consumers like myself who would rather go with other similar brands.
I should start by saying I’ve bought several items from Mori over the years, as they are lovely designs and good quality. BUT their customer service (which I’ve previously not always been impressed by, either) was terrible today: This morning, I went into their site, wanting to buy my son some more pairs of the leggings he loves. They were on sale, at half-price. I added 2 pairs to my basket, then went to ask my husband if he thought we should get a 3rd pair. Five minutes later, I went back to the basket, added another pair, and went to check out. But in the intervening 5 minutes, the items had gone back up to full price. I emailed customer service to ask what had happened: surely, you have to give your customers a few minutes of grace between adding something to a basket & checking out, before you change the price, I asked. Apparently not. The woman who responded was completely unhelpful and didn’t care at all. I know full well, from other companies I’ve dealt with, that she could have easily remedied the situation by emailing me a discount code or a voucher, to let me have the items at the price I’d originally added them to my basket at. This is clearly a company that cares nothing for their customers, and doesn't pride itself in their customer service. Good luck in your dealings with them.
It took me a while to get my package, but I love how comfortable those clothes are. I absolutely fall in love with the brand. Coming back for more purchases. And I want my baby to have all her clothes from Mori!
