I would like to thank Damien and Ryan for dealing with the issue with my online order very prompt and professionally , I always have a fast and friendly service anytime I'm in the store with all the staff , I am not a professional mechanic but do all the service and repairs of our 3 family cars , So I am kept busy with my hobby and will no doubt be visiting the store soon.
Ordered wind deflectors, went to collect them in the shop yesterday & one was already cracked so we got them for €6 less than RRP. When taking them out of the box, another one snapped in 2 different places. Rang this morning to see what can be done about this, and they won’t do anything about it even though we obviously received a faulty package in the first place. He openly admitted on the phone that they shouldn’t have been given to us damaged yet won’t stand over the purchase and replace the completely broken wind deflectors. Would have been better off ordering from somewhere not local at all and we wouldn’t have this issue.

I purchased a power tool as a gift on this website. I had found the item difficult to source. This business supplied it at the best price and was exactly as advertised. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. They included a small token gift which was appreciated. I will certainly return here and there is a vast range of products listed.
Ordered a couple of bits from the guys. Robert talked me through everything on the phone, and then they had a van in my area later that day so I had my order by the afternoon. Brilliant to deal with.
