⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had never heard of this company Baltini and was very hesitant to shop for high end items, they do not send a ton of messages just a confirmation when you purchase item then after a couple days you get a confirmation from the distributor who is sending item, followed by updates from the courier only. The boots I ordered are exactly as described Genuine product!!!!! excellent quality ! Shipping quoted 4days which sounded insane and time difference was confusing lol ... u should always be patient allowing for delays etc but ... ONLY 6 days from Italy to Canada ! no extra charges as promised on invoice when you purchase!!!! I will be happy to suggest you order from Baltini thank you so much ! Absolutely love my purchase 🥰🔥

Ordering and shipping was easy. However, trying to get a refund for returned items has not been easy. I sent back items the day I received them and then got an email saying they would let me know in 3-5 business days if my return would be accepted. It’s past 5 biz days and I’ve had to reach out to them to ask where my return is. I’d say beware of shopping with this site unless you are sure of sizes so you don’t have to make a return.

I purchased an Isabel Marant dress which was about 40% cheaper than on the other well know websites. I was nervous about my purchase, however, within a week the dress arrived at our regional location in Australia, exactly as ordered. I definitely recommend Baltini.

Do not purchase from Baltini. I returned my item in perfect condition (took photos before returning) and they are rejecting my return and trying to charge me $70 to send back. They are trying to steal from their customers!
I formally requested to return these two items. Please approve my request for which you are charging me and I agreed to pay. Since they are separate parcels, please notify through your approval of my request return if you are shipping two labels, one for each parcel; thank you. I am awaiting your official response. Four hours later I finally received my missing package. I cancelled my dispute and will be returning 2 items, each in its own parcel. I will never shop with BALTINI again. They did not do their due diligence, were accusatory and needlessly put me through undue stress. Never have I ever experienced such bad customer service. Two items ordered only one received. Customer Service is blaming me. You decide before you order anything here. Baltini doesn't get it. On April 15, I ordered two pairs of Isabel Marant shorts. I ordered one in beige and one in black. I received the package delivered by DHL on April 22. When I opened the sealed parcel it contained only the black shorts. Baltini always responds with the same senseless response that they posted here on Trustpilot. They are not trustworthy and disregard my plea for resolving what has become my loss. It is obvious to me that they only packed one pair of shorts not two. They even sealed the shipping envelope with a blue Baltini sticker which states that if you break this seal you cannot make any returns. Shopping with this merchant is a RISK. They will not acknowledge that they made a mistake. They are essentially blaming me the customer. I am out $415. plus tax. I have contacted my credit card company by filing a dispute. No one should have to go through this being challenged and harassed.

Horrible experience with this company. Be aware if you need to return item they won’t provide a return label . And if something wrong with the item they will ask pictures. Even you send the pictures they will ask you more and more. Still I am waiting for the label I would never buy anything from this company. Be careful
