I have 32 missions with BattlBox now and I can’t say I’ve been disappointed. No joke it’s like Christmas every month the kids are juiced when it come to the door. Even the wife has snagged a few items for herself. Even with items I can’t use right away I’ve found a use for them later down the road. Keep up the great work.
Each mission has something new with items that are necessary during outdoor adventures. I had multiple questions after getting started and all were answered by the next business day.

Went to use my knife I received over seven months ago and noticed it was missing some screws. I emailed customer service on the 10th to see if I could get a few replacements for it. Nope, they just shipped a complete replacement knife!! That's outfreakingstanding customer service right there!!!

Battlbox is amazing!! Love getting the Pro Plus each month and seeing what new gear I can use for my adventurous life. Customer Service has been outstanding and responsive. The Battlbox community is full of like minded people and a great resource for ideas and to swap/trade gear. I really enjoy the whole Battlbox experience!

Battlbox is a great monthly surprise for anyone who wants new survival, tactical and EDC gear that you may or may not have known about. There are 4 different levels to provide an option for any budget. I have been a subscriber since the beginning in 2015 and I'm still going strong today!

Battlbox not only provides some awesome gear to help get folks outdoors but has also built an amazing community of people on social media that are genuinely supportive of each other which is so very rare these days. I have been a subscriber for around 80-90 months now and am sticking with them for the long haul. As far as the items we get are all top notch imo and there have been so many items that I never thought I’d use but so many times a situation occurs and I’ll think oh wait I have a Battlbox item for that lol. And if by chance I do get an item that I can’t use I can easily trade or sell with other members seamlessly on the Battlbox Members only page on Facebook. As if that weren’t enough their customer service team takes care of any issues that may arise immediately. The procurement team is always asking for our opinions on what they send us and interact with us on a regular basis, same with the owner ship team, they are very active with the members and always doing giveaways for active subscribers. Another amazing perk they have for active members is the Battlvault which features items from partnering manufacturers at fire sale prices, lower than anywhere online or in store the prices they have can’t be beat. If your on the fence I highly recommend giving them a shot, before you know it you’ll have enough empty boxes to build an awesome fort, which is good because you’ll need the extra space to store all the sweet sweet gear!! YEEHAW !!

Awesome customer service
battlbox is an amazing company that takes time to research products and put them to the test before passing them along to subscribers. They tend to use American made or Veteran owned companies as their main resources for products, as an Army Veteran that is important to me. I would highly recommend battlbox to anyone looking for this type of subscription.
Excellent customer service
Battlebox has a little bit of everything. EDC, Camping, survival, emergency preparation gear. They cover it all. The member ship benefits are amazing, and the customer service is second to NONE! Been a subscriber for a while, and will be for a long time to come.
