Really pleased with the service received from B&B, had some problems with the post office and delivery of my item. They replaced it immediately free of charge. Great quality item also that fits nicely.
Although the blouse I received was nice, it came up way too large so it had to be returned. I do not have a smart phone therefore I had to fund the return fee of £6.50 having already paid £5.50 to have it delivered. I then found they had charged me a further £1.98 to return the good. Therefore, postage cost me £14. I am yet to receive the refund in my bank account. Disgraceful really. The only reason for the 3 stars is the quality of the oversized garment was good. Mary

I have bought several items of clothing from Beaufort and Blake and I have found the of excellent quality in each case. They are true to size and wear well. I am particularly pleased that the company goes out of its way to be environmentally responsible.
Unfortunately had a poor experience with an item of clothing and my subsequent back and forth with customer service. After shopping with B&B for a while I expected much better in terms of the customer experience and not to be given a solution for an item (that is still within it's 30 day return window) that didn't work. (Buy a debobbler on amazon). Whilst I was very happy to give this a go it's not remotely improved the appearance of the item and I'm left with a tatty unwearable jumper after a couple of wears.

There was a problem with my parcel being delivered, due to the delivery company failing to find my address which then lead to my parcel being sent back to Beaufort and Blake. I got in touch with Beaufort and Blake and asked them if they could help and resend the parcel out. They got back to me within no time at all and sorted the whole problem out. They were understanding, friendly and great at keeping me up to date with my parcel being resent. Just the most amazing customer service! I wish all companies were like this!

Had a small hiccup with the email signup code for a lovely jacket, luckily Petra was super quick to respond and generate a working link to alleviate the issue. Great selection of clothing so didn't want to miss out on this particular piece.
I love their clothes but if a problem arises the customer service response is very amateur. I suspect this is because it’s a small company with zero experience at building customer loyalty. I suggest they speak to other companies who excel in this area to learn this skill. I have experienced this situation twice now and it just leaves you feeling undervalued.
Superb quality garments! I cannot recommend these guys too highly - really outstanding products and great customer service. I’ve spent most of my life working in the textile industry and this level of quality is actually quite rare. Portugal is an expensive place to source fabrics and garments, but you definitely get what you pay for! Their customer service is very good too - I called to change my delivery option and this was dealt straightaway in a very friendly fashion. A great find!
Having not received the deadlock letter or further correspondence, messaged “the business” and finally got a reply here, but not to my email. It is a duty to provide deadlock letter to a complainer, but to be honest, I had no expectations having seen how happily you breach consumes rights (30% of your bad reviews have experienced delays with receiving their refund over a few years) which means it is something you are comfortable with. I wish it was possible to upload pictures of the 15% off which did not work as well as the crew neck jumper being in stock after you claimed it was sold out. I have documented it all and shall progress with my complaint with the screenshot of your unwillingness to cooperate. Hopefully, you won’t be fooling folks much longer. Some people simply should not allowed to do business!

I loved the look of their clothes and had certain expectations considering they do have daring prices, but what a disappointment the whole ordeal turned out to be. Ordered 2 shirts that were described to run large, both size s, one was a perfect fit, the other had much smaller sleeves so I had to return it. The return process is one of a mystery; at no point does the company advise you they have received the return or update you on the refund policy. The knitted cardigan in size M looked like it was XL. After one wash (30 degrees) it started falling apart. Returned it and it took almost a month for the refund to be processed. This made me really cross so I wrote to the rude customer service asking for remedy for a breach of duties under Consumer Rights Act and the refund taking so long. She admitted the fault and gave me a complimentary 15% off and told me she could not send the replacement as it was out of stock. I checked and it wasn’t, so I emailed back and she replied I got my refund so she would do nothing else! The 15% off did not work and I have emailed to ask for a dead lock letter on 29.12.2023. and to day have not received a reply. To sum it up, no accountability, poor sizing, poor quality, company will breach your statutory duties and icing on the cake will be terrible customer service delivered by Petra. Will be informing the trading agency as well as taking further measures. For a hefty price, I’d advise anyone to shop elsewhere!
Really efficient customer service after the wrong jumper was sent (easily done, especially at Christmas). Good communication and hopefully all sorted.
My Christmas B&B socks developed a hole in them, which I duly took a photo of and sent to B&B. After various helpful emails, they have sent me a brand new pair of socks the very same day. I call that outstanding service, well done Beaufort & Blake!
Update - was invited by email to give a review on my purchase of cord shirt- ( I was not happy with it as buttonholes were very badly finished off). - I sent a review with photos and guess what ??? It’s not on website 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
The quality of my new jumper is exceptional. I needed assistance with ordering and the charming customer service helped me order on the phone. I will be ordering more clothes in the new year.
