Quite annoyed really. I purchased something back in March , didn't sign up for anything and you've taken £10 per month since without me even knowing! Thought this was a decent website with genuine bargains, but not if you're stealing people's money without their consent afterwards and through my PayPal too! Awful . Wrote to customer service, I expect the money sent back and I won't be ordering again from your website
I have waited and still waiting to hear how my issue has been resolved. I’ve a faulty product that I received, the same day I contacted BEAUTY PIE customer service. All my correspondence was minimal, then today I received an updated saying my ticket was closed, yet nothing re the initial faulty make up item. The customer service response is abysmal, absolutely terrible. I won’t be going forward with the membership after a simple request couldn’t be answered. Great packaging, the rest, 1/10.

It almost madness not to have Beauty Pie as your go to place for all things beauty related. I cannot fault anything regarding quality, reliability and importantly effectiveness.
I'm taking advantage of Beauty Pie's free trial period offer. With sensitive skin I'm being careful about using different skin products from usual but, so far, they've been great. Everything is beautifully packaged, sent very quickly and when I've contacted Customer Service they've been quick to respond and super helpful.
Ordered 360 multi action night eye repair serum and never received it. I have sent 4 emails to customer services but getting nowhere. I have been asked to submit another email address. I don’t have one and Beauty pie have only ever contacted me on the email address I use. So bizarre. I have now asked for a refund but getting nowhere. Won’t be using them again!

Product descriptions are really clear and it's great to see kits which group certain products together - a great way for someone fairly new to skincare to dive in without becoming overwhelmed. Excited to explore Beauty Pie further!
