I like the product. The shipping time was true. I didn't receive the case and screen protector, however, they promptly answered that it would be delivered separately. Because of this, I gave up and they returned my money quickly.
The process was quick and easy, purchased the phone and within a matter of days it was on the way and then in my hands!

This is a good service with good price but has some problems. They forgot to put the screen protector with the mobile that I ordered so I have to wait longer for it. The delivery took about 18 days which I find excessive if it was to come from Australia but actually it came from Hong Kong. The mobile I got was a variant from the original one with different SIM structure but this was not mentioned in their site.
I received no notification about my purchase. I received no receipt (WHICH I WANT ONE). I waited 11 days until I complained. When I finally received a notice from the post office that my phone was waiting for me it had a final notice on it!
ordered item sunday, got express postage, item not dispatched till late weds evening, rediculous how slow dispatch is, ordered 2 other items from amazon and quadlock also on sunday and they both arrived today (weds). i understand can take a day to organise but 3 days is not acceptable

Everything transpired as expected and an international 240V wall socket / plug adaptor that is not part of the Samsung A15 5G kit was added. Although the phone colour scheme is described as Light Blue, the colour is mostly White (all of the back) with a Light Grey or Light Blue trim around the four edge sides of the phone. The cable provided has USB - C (?) plugs at both ends. The fast charger is sold separately, but the fast charger cannot be connected with the cable included with the phone kit. A year ago I bought a phone from BecexTech and paid $899,00.3 months later, randomly it stopped work, shut off itself, and never turned on again. Since it happened, it has been a drama to deal with BecexTech. They refused to help and follow the guarantee and the Australian law. I HAVE BEEN DISCRIMINATED AS I AM NOT AUSTRALIAN, THEY REFUSED LET ME FIX AS THEY DONT HAVE THEIR ON BUSINESS BACK TO MY HOME. HOWEVER, IF YOU SEARCH ONLY, YOU WILL SE REVIEW OF OTHER CUSTOMERS SIMILIAR CASE AND THEY AUTHORISED BECAUSE THEY ARE AUSTRALIAN DISCRIMATION IS CRIME. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE REFURBISHED AND SALE AS NEW, ITS NOT ORIGINAL HOWEVER THEY DO SALE AS IT IS. LOOK INTO OTHER REVIEWS ONLINE. THEY FORCED ME TO DELETE my previous review, with the promise they would fix the phone. TODAY 3 weeks later, they sent me an email saying that my phone can't be fixed and are offering a voucher of $100,00. I don't know if it's a joke? However it is very disrespectful and disgusting the way they treat they customers. I have had so much stress and problem with them I wish I could attached the emails and my conversation with Ryan. They manipulate and lie to not follow the guarantee and offer you $100,00 voucher from a company that I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND TO MY ENEMY if I had one. TRUST I am not the only one, before you think of buying any product from this company go to Facebook you will find community of people that is seeking for help, if you go further more you will find on the news BecexTech was almost banned from Australia to not follow the regulamentation and they way they treat they customers, promise it has not changed. If you search properly you will find more unhappy customers than the opposite. Take a look other website as well. The problem is nowadays many people get paid to write fake good reviews and people like us ended up scammed. I wish a year ago I would have spent more time searching about this company it would avoid me so much stress and problem. I have not received the case and screen protector that I have paid for!!? I paid for express postage, the order received a lot later than I expected. Had the impression that the stock was in Australia not Hong Kong, hence the delay. Item is now on charge so assume it is serviceable.

Received my purchase with no issues. Tracking was kept up to date and correct product was received with no damage. Even received a free power socket coverter for the international charger too.
I had used BecexTech for a camera 5 years ago and noted that they were currently offering iPhones at good prices. I selected online a silver iPhone model 14 Pro in pristine condition and was quoted $1,300 with an estimated ETA of 20 April. This was a substantial savings under a new phone so I ordered and paid for one. Sure enough, on 18 April my local Australia Post office informed me that they had a package for me to collect. The phone came exactly as ordered in its original box with accessories and was in excellent condition externally. After inserting my SIM the phone started up seamlessly and allowed me to transfer the data from my Apple account. It is now working perfectly.
Refurbished phone came with odd markings around the camera module. Looked like a low quality swap of the camera. The charge port was also full of dirt and dust, looking heavily used. They are currently making it very difficult to return the item even though they have a "14 day money back gaurentee". I've previously bought a "brand new" phone from them, but the seal was broken when it arrived. Won't be buying from them again. Update: they processed the refund in the end. Still not a great experience and won't be trusting their products in the future.
Was worth shopping around as this was the best price I was able to find. Sadly I was disappointed to find that when it arrived, 1 day early, the case and screen protector that were ordered as additional parts were not included.
