I brought 2 pairs of slim fit chinos with the elastic waistbands and the fit was perfect 36/30 (short big bellied guy!). Delivery was very fast ,but more importantly the product is top notch. Looking forward to buying more stuff.

Fast service and had to exchange an item that was easy , quick and without hassle.
Placed my order according to the size guidelines on the website. When arrived they were far too big. The returns portal on the website wasn’t working properly so I emailed customer service. They told me how to do it after I advised them it wasn’t working properly. Lo and behold it still wasn’t working properly. I emailed back saying it wasn’t working but they assured me it was. I emailed back saying it wasn’t and the next day I got an email apologising they don’t know why it’s not working. After sending it back for an exchange I got confirmation of the exchange for a size I didn’t request. I told them to keep it after that and I want my money back. For a first time customer experience you should be embarrassed at how your company has performed
