It missed the tracking number
Easy to order delivered in good condition on time and great quality product. Only worry is granddaughter keeps sliding down to handle bars and would go over handle if we didn’t catch her. She is 18 months old. We are hoping once she gets used to it and acquires some balance this will stop.

Purchased a bike for 4 year old son. Chose this one as it looked sturdy & had a great design - slightly more expensive than some but worth it as high quality. Unfortunately had a slight issue with the item upon delivery however the team rectified this immediately, no question and provided great customer care. Would definitely recommend both the bike & the seller.
