My partner ordered some La Trappe beer through Amazon a couple of months ago. The date for delivery was changed and then got a message from the seller stating that the order would be completed and se t out the following week. An Amazon parcel arrived but when we opened it it was a Beerhunters glass with a card inside saying they apologise for the delay. Problem was then the order according to Amazon was fulfilled and we still had no beer. She contacted Beerhunters who havnt even bothered to sort this out. We have bought through these before with no problems but 47 quid was paid for a 5 quid glass.UPDATE Beerhunters have been contacted and have been great throughout rectification, thanks guys

Ordered as a gift for my brother, they sent parcel with the wrong name. When I emailed asking what was going on I got no response till about 2 weeks later (after xmas & new year) they sent a card with the right name on it. Utterly useless. Avoid.
Placed an order on 22/12/23 still not received yet ! Attempted to contact customer service but not available ? ( no details of Christmas opening on website) no tracking details. Not happy !! If you are hoping for a personalised gift for a certain date you may wish to look elsewhere .!
I ordered an item with guaranteed Christmas delivery, in good time for Christmas delivery. As stated on their website, and in email correspondence with them the item was definitely going to be delivered for Christmas Day. Of course; it wasn’t despite being reassured by their team before their offices closed it would be. I have received an email this morning from Sue who with no apologies or care gave a one line response in an email that my item was damaged in transit so they have given a full refund. No sorry, no empathy that someone did not receive a gift on Christmas Day, and suspiciously no tracking number was ever received despite the item being delivered being in transit.
Googled Conor mcgregors Guinness for my dads Xmas nobody had a case of 24 so although a lot more expensive I thought I’d get them from here what a mistake it was they actually sent me 6 x 4 packs for 45 pound when another shop had 4 packs at a fiver a could’ve just done this myself 😡 I stupidly thought they were sending a case of 24 absolute rip off and will never use them again total deception on there part but as it’s a Xmas present can’t do anything about it so thanks for nothing beerhunter I’ve got a large social media following so will be posting on there telling everyone to avoid

Awful company don't use If they don't have the item you order in stock will just send a random alternative without notification and then wait for you to contest it Poor service, plenty of other companies that provide a better one. Worth adding that they also take forever to send anything out so overall you're better off going elsewhere

Sue provided exceptional support, keeping me informed with accurate tracking and detailed updates throughout the process. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. It made the order experience hassle-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Beerhunter for both their excellent products and outstanding customer service.
Poor customer service, no updates bar automated responses promising tracking orders and response times. No phone answered. Facebook messenger not monitored. Will go elsewhere next time, assume my order will arrive at some point but not for the bday this year - so disappointing.

Disappointed as I think this is expensive for what you get - I buy Beer Hampers frequently for male friends and relations as they give them an opportunity to try different beers and whilst the choice of beer is good they are only 330ml cans in this hamper.
Ordered 24 beers only received 12 I have rang customer services and not received any callback also 2 emails sent and as yet no response Will have to wait over the weekend until I can try to contact them in the week I am a loyal customer I hope this can be resolved soon.
Excellent choice, well presented, value, and added to that delivered quickly and good communication. Only very minor things I would suggest to them to make a good service, experience even better - for environmental and handling reasons - use paper based tape instead of plastic tape to seal the box (as even Amazon do now) and you could actually downsize the box itself? It was a BIG box for 12 small beer bottles! That said, very good, recommended.
