It is been a month since I ordered vitamins for my dog. I have received nothing!!! It is not the first time I am ordering your products and this thing happens for the first time. Really disappointed that I lost 65€. And you keep sending me surveys about how good my product was. Am I a joke to you?!:(

Habe am 17.11.2023 über den Shop bestellt, vor Weihnachten gab es vieles kostenlos dazu. Habe bis heute (21.2.2024) die Bestellung immer noch nicht bekommen. Auf mehrmaliges Fragen wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet, dass Produkte nicht da sind usw. Heute (21.2.2024) dann der Oberknaller, meine Bestellung vom 17.11.2023 wurde mir per Mail storniert!!! Und eine neue Bestellung in Auftrag gegeben - mit Dingen, die ich gar nicht möchte und mit dem vollem Preis (20 € mehr) Frechheit, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Schön wenn es bei anderen geklappt hat, aber bei mir unterirdisch!

Ho acquistato l'anti pulci e un mini size delle loro acque profumate per cani il 2 gennaio ed ho ricevuto il pacco esattamente dopo 1 mese. Questo perché mancava la fragranza che io avevo richiesto...la mia recensione quindi rimane positiva perché il pacco l'ho ricevuto ma avrei preferito un po' più di velocità nell'arrivo del pacco anche perché se non avessi scritto io all'assistenza penso che loro avrebbero aspettato il rifornimento di quella fragranza e il pacco sarebbe arrivato chissà quando. Penso però che sia stato solo un caso per la mancanza del prodotto, quindi continuerò ad acquistare i loro prodotti perché mi trovo bene.
Bestellung war relativ problemlos. Etwas unübersichtlich war es, wenn man nach dem Produkt im Internet gesucht hat und es nicht auf anhieb zu finden war. Wie gut das Prpdukt sein soll, kann ich noch nicht beurteilen, da ich es erstmalig verwende.
