The gilet is good quality. It’s a little odd it doesn’t have an inner pocket, I guess there’s a reason for it? I’m getting use to it. It’s long and fairly big for the size, but it’s okay. I might have gone down one size. I wish it was available in Navy color. It’s my first Berghaus product, but it will not be the last. Delivery was a little slow. A little more than a week. It came from UK to Denmark. It spent 3-4 days in the Nederland's, for custom's I guess.

Bought a men's Goretex Hillwalker boot over 18 months ago, always believed they would be a quality product and always looked after them,don't do hillwalking just general countryside walking ,birding,now the left one is leaking over the last few walks,,,cant see any holes underneath but the left foot starts to get damp underneath and time i finish the sock is wet,maybe along the outside rim its getting in,,,won't be buying Berghaus boots again,sadly not made to last Reply,,I cannot see any message e mail me please. Thank you
I am currently waiting for a refund for some boots that I returned. I waited for 14 days and no refund but I do have proof of receipt their end. Having now contacted them asking for the refund they say they cannot locate the return and need to do so before giving me my £180 back! Really poor customer service and am really concerned about what happens next.
I have worn Brasher boots for years. This pair is very similar but lighter.
There is a scrolling message on the top of the web page that says a new customer will receive 15 % off their first purchase. Unfortunately, I did not receive the discount code. I used the contact form on the web site and was assured the discount would be applied retrospectively to my purchase. The discount came through as promised and I am very happy with my interaction with Berghaus. My backpack is fantastic. Rugged construction, British quality and functionality. Thank you very much.

Ich habe mir extra Berghaus-Schuhe gekauft (Juni 2023), weil hier ein Reparaturservice angeboten wird. Da wir viel wandern, lege ich viel Wert auf gute Schuhe und im Fall der Fälle auf neue Sohlen. Leider hat sich nun im Oberflächenmaterial ein Loch gebildet (nach ca. 250 km Wandern), so dass der Schuh nicht mehr wasserdicht ist. Als ich nun die Reparatur in Anspruch nehmen wollte, stellte ich fest, dass Berghaus in Großbritannien sitzt (wusste ich nicht). Der erste Kontakt war auf deutsch, dann folgte nur englisch. Nachdem ich nun (ist ja ein Garantiefall) die Adressdaten erhalten habe, musste ich feststellen, dass das Porto nach England SEHR teuer ist und man irgendwelche Zoll-Formulare ausfüllen muss. Auf Grund der Bewertungen hier werde ich auf ein Verschicken des Pakets verzichten, denn einen solch hohen Portopreis zu bezahlen, um vielleicht hinterher keine Schuhe UND kein Geld mehr zu erhalten, ist mir zu riskant. Für mich wird es keine Berghaus-Schuhe mehr geben. Das erste und das letzte Mal.
Not the cheapest, but the only one I could find in stock. I have it zipped inside my raincoat, and (almost) hope the weather is wet, windy and miserable over the weekend.
Great rucksack was delayed by courier but Customer Service was brilliant and allayed fears by offering to dispatch another should it not arrive by a certain date before it was needed.
