Simple to order using the BTU guide and a wide choice of radiators to choose from.
The radiator is cast and not aluminium really impressed, as was the plumber.
The one star is for ensuring the rads arrive. There are echos of the fiasco at COOP LIVE in Manchester. Since placing my order two weeks ago I have now taken delivery of three damaged radiators, delivered by three different couriers. Damage is due to poor packaging, which I have communicated. The first two have been willingly replaced but I have been asked to dispose of the radiators myself at my own cost. I am waiting for the reply to my email sent at 11:09 this morning but now it is unlikely I will get a reaction until after the bank holiday. So a third delay to plumbers and fitters as well. Really disappointing service.
Everything was excellent. The customer was very happy with the service and delivery was great Spot on 👍
Although I ordered something that didn’t really work for the job I had in mind they refunded me in full for the item

Emailed Best heating due to an issue with a radiator that we purchased last year and have been highly impressed with the response from them. They responded within 24 hrs - Erin apologies the issue and informed us that a replacement was on its way. We received the radiator by courier within 48 hrs of receiving Erin’s email! We were kept up to date throughout. Excellent after-sales & we’re more than happy with it.
First item arrived damaged but the customer service team was fantastic & new item arrived very quickly.
