One of the items was damaged
Delivery guy got caught kicking the packages out or his van onto the step then onto the road. Asked if he could not read the fragile tape got some sort of reply I could not make out then said they should be well packaged and if they should be damaged pack them up and send back at that he took photo and ran back to his van with me chasing him Absolutely a disgrace should be sacked I cannot repeat what I said to him an absolute idiot

Ordered items. Bath was scratched, couldn't get through to customer service took about 5 days to make contact and arrange collection and agreed to refund. Then charged me £50 to return faulty items. Do not use this company they have no customer service and are selling faulty items as new.

I ordered x4 valves , paid over £50 ..waited 5 days and a parcel of 4× wood filling tubes came delivered ??? Plumbing was all booked in and had to re-arrange costing EXTRA regardless I sent back the tubes of filler .. Have not recieved the refund yet its been nearly 2 weeks !!!
