My dad would often say; “invest in yourself now, or pay BIG pharma later”. I choose to invest in me. I do not mind paying for a quality product from a brand whose reputation speaks for itself. I love having the ability to take the pills in a way that works for my body. For the 1st week, I took two every morning with a small meal or fruit. For the 2nd week, I took two pills in the morning and one @ nite. I have not taken three pills @ once yet. I do notice a bit more energy and improved gut flora. I can’t wait to see what it does for my hair as I have a bit of breakage in the back. I also look forward to lab work when I visit my doctor in mid June.
