The BEST tea place in Manchester and maybe even the country. The tea they sell is lovely, the drinks they make in the shop are amazing and the staff are just the loveliest people you will ever meet. Also the seating areas are really nice and very accessible. Always a great experience when I visit.

This is the best tea infuser I have used. It allows space to stir the leaves and the base provides firstly a lid to conserve the heat as the leaves brew, then a convenient base that catches drips once your tea has reached the desired strength. The material is stainless steel and should last a lifetime.
I never thought I would find an amazing tea place that compared to Teavana - but Bird & Blend blew my expectations away. The matcha is amazing and when you receive an online order, they send you a personalized message. I love this company so much and can't wait to try their various selection of teas and matcha.
I have given up caffeine, and I was looking for alternatives when I came across this company, their selection of teas and cool branding caught my eye, i have been purchasing different types of decaf teas as well as their matcha every month and the product, service, fast delivery and overall experience never disappoints. This tea is clearly made with love and care. The taste of the teas (and I've tried quite a few) are exquisite! Wether cold brew, or made in their amazing brewdini or even their infuser mugs they all taste exactly as described. The delivery time was insane I ordered Tuesday at around 12.10am and by Wednesday I had my delicious tea in my possession. I can not reccomend this amazing company more. If you're thinking about it take the plunge and do it!
Absolutely Brillant Company and Great customer service. Postman decided to put in our rubbish box so the bottom was wet and damaged. Ben was brilliant in keeping me informed about my redelivery. Not all heros wear capes Well done Ben

Ordered a sample of a variety of different teas and I have to say, they are all brilliant in their own individual ways. I also love the fact that they care about the people, environment and general have very good ethos when running their businesses. All that, and they still manage to deliver brilliant service and brilliant products.
Loving this cream egg tea made a latte today absolutely delicious never thought a tea could taste this good will be making again.😋
Amazing teas - I have so many of them now and great for gifts and I enjoy visiting the stores. Have switched to decaffeinated recently, so it’s great to have such a selection - my favourite is Mulled Cider & Moondrop Dreams. (Sadly the marketing emails are constant - there’s only so much tea I can drink, so don’t need to buy any more yet! But I have just unsubscribed, so hopefully that will solve the problem).
Wow ! From knowledgeable and helpful staff bird and blend show exactly what customer service should be . Their products wow ! Never had matcha before and now I’m hooked. I also have tried some of their loose teas , all of which are fun and so tasty. Highly recommend.
I think Bird and Blend are one of my favourite companies I’ve used in the last few years. As someone who is a service designer for another company, I am always looking for good case studies of companies that provide good services and I will always use Bird and Blend as an example. They have got everything right, with quick customer service replies, little samples with every order, samples in store and lovely friendly staff. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers’ loyalty with the company and make sure that you continue to buy from them.
The tea is incredible but the staff are even better! I visited the Borough Market store a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service. The Canadian lady that served me was passionate, professional and friendly. Today I visited the same store with my Dad and another lady with glasses greeted us. Again, the service was equally impressive. Keep doing what you are doing! You clearly have no issue in attracting great people to work for you and train them very well indeed.
On a recent trip to London I popped into the store near borough market, I had a wonderful experience, the staff were so nice and knowledgeable. I purchase a few gift cube boxes to take back home to Ireland with me. Fast forward a week and I had made my way through most of them so I placed a large order which arrived super quick. I’m so happy with my tea the flavours are delicious and unique. In particular moon drop dreams! Highly recommend if you are a herbal tea drinker. Will be ordering again for sure! Thanks so much!
What lovely, prompt service! My delivery arrived with a handwritten thank you note, a recipe using one of the teas I bought (gingerbread chai latte - amazing!), and a couple of freebie samples. Bird and Blend make excellent and at times bonkers blends of teas, and I’m slowly working my way through them all!
We visited the York store, and met the lovely Kim who told us about Tea Lattes, and showed us a variety of teas and answered all our questions, let us look and smell the teas. We went back the following day and met Basil and Josh, again, the nicest friendliest people, nothing is too much trouble! We sat and had Tea Lattes which were amazing and now my new way of drinking Bird And Blend Tea!
Placed an order Thursday for a colleagues leaving present and paid £6.95 for next day delivery. On monday the courier informed me it would be delivered Tuesday which is after my colleague had left so I cancelled the order but they didnt refund all the money. Its not my fault the courier they use is rubbish. They should of taken it up with them.
I went to the Manchester shop and was disappointed to find it closed, even though it was past its opening time. I emailed to let them know about my experience and to ask why it was closed. I received a very swift and kind response that explained that due to train strikes they had to open 15 minutes later. They even very kindly sent me some of their delicious strawberry and Nutella pancake tea.
