Order was despatched very quickly. I had an issue with Royal Mail for delivery but Biscuiteers were very responsive to my query. When I got my parcel it was very well packaged, the box and gift bag are as beautifully designed as the biscuits and the outer packaging is very robust. After surviving a full week within Royal Mail’s network the box looked as if it had just shipped. The biscuits themselves are devine, just gorgeous with lovely flavours and decoration. 100% recommended.10 out of 10 will buy again.
Terrible, foul-tasting stale biscuits, which we spent £75.00. Don't waste your money, they look amazing and taste soo bad you can't even eat a full one! Plus customer service was so unhelpful when contacted, apparently bank statement showing the purchase amount and date isn't good enough for proof of purchase!
When my niece opened the box she couldn't believe it was a biscuit! Absolutely gorgeous, highly recommended and delivered the next day!

I absolutely adore these delicate delicious detailed gifts. I’ve had such wonderful responses from the people I’ve sent the gifts to. The beautiful packaging and presentation with the personalised card is the first impression but the actually biscuits/macarons or mini chocolates are so intricate to look at and taste amazing. I certainly recommend Biscuiteers and will continue to use them for beautiful different gifts for family and friends.

Bought a happy birthday biscuit for my niece and she absolutely loved it. The biscuits are so lovely and taste delicious can't fault them at all. They are so beautifully decorated too
Communication was excellent, from first placing the order until delivery. An issue with a badly dented box was dealt with very speedily, and a replacement arrived within a couple of days. Can't fault customer service!
I have used Biscuiteers before so I know they are reliable and the Biscuits are delightful. This time I sent the birthday Macaroons to my 84 year old twin Aunts.They thought they were lovely.

It was just such a lovely surprise birthday present from a friend. I immediately ordered one for someone else who is special to me for their birthday. It is expensive so sadly it will only be for very special occasions!

Very easy to order from a great selection of exquisite looking cookies , for all occasions. The ‘medical’ chocolate iced biscuits were a present for my brother in law , who is recovering from a recent operation.
The usual great service and our poorly friend LOVED the biscuits.
