The fantastic customer service!!! There was a communication issue but was immediately resolved. Their communication back to me was thorough, complete and timely. 57 years ago, my husband purchased my engagement ring from Bixler's in Easton. Their service and quality of their products is insurmountable then as it continues today. Thank You
