Having been given details about your company in the past, I decided to use them. I was impressed of the selection of tyres and the price. So I picked the tyres that suited my car contacted your company and arranged a date to have the tyres fixed. So quick and fuss free. very impressed and will use your company again

Identifying the correct tyre options was helpful. A follow up message to confirm that the correct tyres were ordered was slightly strange, but probably better to double check! Overall a good value service.

I would have rated this company 5 stars had it not been for a women named Geneviève Rhéaume who offered very poor & condescending customer service. When the tires I ordered were left outside my house with no signature or contact they were taken from outside & oddly enough a note was left saying they were delivered to another home. When I contacted black circles & explained the situation this women told me there was nothing they could do & that I'm basically out the thousand dollars. I am a single father who is not working which i told this women & was mind boggled by how heartless someone could be. After speaking to the first person on the phone, a man, he assured me it's not my fault & that they would get my tires to me. Needless to say I was then contacted by this Geneviève Rhéaume who very rudely told me no & that I need to file a police report just so she would open a case with FedEx about the tire delivery. By the end of the conversation I was completely drained almost in tears at the situation & was basically made feel like I had stolen the tires myself after spending money on this service. Imagine that. I was in the middle of filing a police report when my mom went to the opposite end of a row of houses she lives on where there is a home with the same house # on different Ave where she found the tires leaned up against these peoples neighbors house. If I could give this company a lower review I would. It's a shame when a great company employs such low quality people it really does cost them more to keep her then she is saving u on profit loss. As I will never order another pair of tires from u again solely bcz of Geneviève Rhéaume & will make sure no one else I know does either.
Second time using Black circles and i will definitely recommend them again. I bought budget tyres for my Micra and they were delivered to my work. DHL delivered the tyres and they arrived with the correct delivery. I'm very pleased with the tyres. Thank you.

I was very disappointed that I had to travel to a depot to have my windscreen changed. Other companies I have used have come to my home. I had to wait 2 hours on an industrial estate to kill the time Very unsatisfactory
