I do not recommend their Perfectfit Blinds. They are no better than a normal blind, please do not waste your money. I was hoping these blinds would let less light in due to the price and wording on their website. “With thermal blackout lining and an integrated PerfectFIT frame, it will keep your space completely shaded” “Total blackout” I paid £100 for a blind that’s about 48cm wide and 95cm long. The chain is also ridiculously short, it takes 6 pulls to get the blind open/closed. I will never buy another blind from this company. I was able to get a small refund but I am told the chain can’t be made any longer than 35cm

Adeel was my initial contact. The metal chain on one of the blinds I bought over a year ago was broken. As I had not been able to fix it myself I asked if a replacement was possible. I got a reply the same.day from Adeel to say that a new one was on the way but as it was coming by Royal Mail it might be a couple of days. It arrived the next morning!
The blind will not stay up. It's the correct width and looks great... until you want to lower or raise it. It pulls out of the reveal. The tightening mechanism does nothing. I can't see how it could. I've taken it apart and there is no screw thread to push it out to tighten in position. I have bought a cheap roller blind with screw fittings and have transferred the blind material to that. This no-screw blind has been a disaster and a waste of time and money. In addition it has fallen down so many times it has scratched the paint in the reveal of a freshly-decorated bedroom.
Excellent quality venetian blind at an exceptional price. Simple process of ordering and very quick delivery. Had to contact Customer Service with a query about brackets and they responded very quickly to resolve the problem
Verry disappointed, it took 3 weeks to deliver. Dunelm took only 6 days to produce the same blind . We were told it was completed then we waited a further 10 days for Quality control. Was the quality that bad ?? No instructions in the box and we dont have a printer but the blind was quite fiddly to fix to an aluminium frame. ( needed self tapping screws NOT provided ) . On the whole dissappointed we have used B2GO over the last 4 years and feel there service has missed the mark on this occassion.
Ordered blinds made to measure at 22 inches to fit inside my recess of my bathroom window, discovered they have sent me a 21 inch and 1/4 measurement. So called them up and was told to send pictures, which I did via email. After about a week they sent me a email stating it was the pelmet that didn’t fit! Funny that as the pelmet was not even in the picture! They asked what size I wanted!!! I don’t want a pelmet I want a blind that fits my window. Sent them another email telling them I don’t know what they mean (I explained quite clearly what the issue is) for them to explain what a bloody pelmet was and to ask for pictures!! I already sent you pictures!!! I feel like this company won’t resolve my issue and we will just go round in circles. I think this company is ok if you don’t incur problems but if you do incur problems it’s a back in forth for weeks over email as they take days to reply! Amazing customer service I don’t think so! Very disappointed and will order my blinds else where!

I am so very happy with my no drill blinds! They look stunning. Use the help line before you place your order and you will be completely happy with the final results. I regrettably didn’t get the name of the lady who helped me, but she was brilliant! No rush and went through everything with me until I was completely happy!
I had made an error in measurements and did not take the insurance but Jane was so helpful and understanding, gave her correct measurements and got 50% discount as I cannot return the other 5 x blinds which I'll to sell on ebay

Delivery service very easy to put up
Nearly 2 months from my original order and still no bi fold blinds. Very poor contact with no updates or explanation. Unable to contact by the phone, and web chat useless as replies are AI generated. Emails go unanswered for weeks and if they answer it has no relevance to my order. Will not be using there services again and would definitely not recommend.

When I first opened up my package I was a little confused as your instructions regarding putting them together are not the best. The strings were fitted to a part and I didn’t know if I was to unclip them or not. I was worried in case if I I clipped them it was going to cause issues, anyway I did unclip them and all was good. Once I had done one blind it was easy to do the rest. Now they are up they look really good and work well, please just improve the instructions so there is no guessing game to play.
Excellent ready made service. Prompt dispatch and delivery of accurately made and easy to fit vertical blinds. Easy to follow instructions and very competitively priced making them great value without the hassle of having to cut and assemble oneself. Can highly recommend Blinds 2go and would gladly buy from them again.
My order was the incorrect size- I checked the measuring guide and I'd followed the correct instructions. Emailed several times and tweeted the help desk but no response- am now going to have to request a chargeback from my bank as have no other option. Will contact trading standards as well 🙁
