Do not buy from this company ..order came in 3 separate packages over a 4 day period .. customer service are shocking and you just get passed around The blinds were made 5mm to big so I had to cut the frame myself The instructions showed magnetic sticky tape for sides but they didn’t send any and after email battle they said they don’t even supply the magnet Ive tape Basically a bunch of clowns 🤡 Spend a bit more money and use a better company

Blind rail fitted perfectly and was straightforward to fit. Mechanism to swivel the louvres doesn’t work as expected but it’s not the end of the world.
Really easy to install, and look great, fits perfect. Definately buying again for other windows.

Do not recommend this company - blind no longer keeps slats tilted in the closed position due to probable failure of locking mechanism. All emails requesting a way to remedy this issue within the 1 year warranty period to blinds by post have been completely ignored. They responded within a few days to take my money for the sale and have ignored 2 emails since 13th April including an official complaint request. Goes to show what kind of company this is, interested only in taking your money, lining their pockets and not honouring their warranty. Time to raise a dispute with my bank to get a full refund on a product which is not fit for purpose. I'd like to remind all those who have had a similar experience as can be seen in other reviews (and also ignored by the owner, many people get thanks for positive feedback- but as you can see anything negative is ignored) the Consumer Rights Act 2015 safeguards consumers by obligating guarantee providers to honor the terms specified in the agreement. If a provider refuses to fulfill their obligations, consumers can pursue legal action to enforce their rights. Your first port of call should be a chargeback dispute with your bank where you originally made the payment from. If the chargeback is successful you will get a full refund and blinds by post will be charged a nice fee for the privilege. If not and your order value is is worth paying the fee, take it to small claims court online.
Very quick to dispatch and reasonably priced
Blinds good quality and good price. Installation of the first one took some figuring out, but once sussed Installation is easy and fast. Order ended up split in 2 deliveries, could have done with a bit more communication about that, but 2nd delivery arrived soon after first. Easy to get hold of customer service and they are very helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

Not my first order, always been spot on, but this time one of the tapes was not secured, so had to take down and thread, and also note the toggles are no longer wood, now plastic. Otherwise superfast delivery and reasonable price even though quality not quite up to previous experience.

Slow at getting back and sorting issues. I think it's just one person in customer service. Not ideal by any means. Ended up just buying another blind. Could have got it fitted by a company for what I ended up paying. Flimsy material, my guess is not built to last. Blinds2go customer service much better.
Very helpful when ordering. The blind arrived very well packaged, along with instructions. The quality of the blind is amazing and so pleased we added the motorised feature. Very smooth and a great addition!

I placed an order over a week ago, with the guidance of “next day dispatch” ( 24/4/24) To my disappointment I still have NO BLINDS!! after emailing for updates, I was advised with the tracking information for DPD, after searching on DPD, apparently the tracking information didn’t exist, I then emailed again, I haven't got a reply. Terrible customer service. Since then I have tried to track again, to now be advised the blinds have been sent back?? Sorry but they never even arrived!! I will be asking CC company for a FULL REFUND. I wouldn’t ever order from this company again.
