The guys at Bloom magic are unreal, they were extremely helpful when I wanted to change a message on a greeting card with my order and also let me know exactly when the delivery would be made. I made my order from Austrailia and and they helped make the changes I wanted without any fuss. I will 100% be using them again in the future

The worst experience I've ever had with a florist. I ordered a pricey XL hatbox of flowers for a dear friend as a sympathy token due to the passing of her husband. They arrived upside down, beheaded with the box broken & soggy. I wish you could add photos here. So upsetting for such a disaster to arrive at her door. She then had to dispose of the mess. Bloom Magic have provided a full refund which was fair I think.
Ordered flowers at 8am and they were delivered by 9.15am .. beautiful arrangement.. fantastic service

Lovely product & excellent delivery
Received a box of flowers from my husband yesterday and unfortunately all the roses are wilted and 2 of the rose heads were actually cut off and in the bottom of the delivery box. It almost feels like these flowers had been cut for some time before they were delivered. I Have received these flowers in the past and they were gorgeous so this is a bit disappointing.

I ordered the Easter Vibrant La Lumiere du Soleil arrangement. I’m so disappointed. The hatbox was stained and dirty. The arrangement was only a quarter arrangement with the flower heads stuck into a pad. They look like an arrangement you’d put on a grave! The box was full of clear packaging to prop them up! Including delivery this was €64.90! Absolutely disgusting and a complete rip off! I’ve ordered an arrangement before in a hatbox has fully stemmed flowers! I was going to order a friend some get well flowers, I certainly wont be now. It’s an insult! I’ve never had such a bad experience ordering flowers before.
