I'm using their laundry detergent and the dishing washing detergent and like them both very much. They work as well as any product I've ever used, and I like that there's no plastic to stare at sadly when the lot is done. Unfortunately, we have very hard water, so the dish soap produces no suds. I've been told that the soap cleans just the same and that does seem to be the case. Guess I'm just a suds habitué.
The clenaing products work well but the packaging is a reuseable plastic bottle for th glass, bathroom and general cleaner, which is not ideal. I like the hand washing glass bottles and the tablets and have not had a problem with them dissolving or working. The toilet bowl cleaner works really well. However some of me glasses do not get clean with the dishwasher tablet at times it seems like they get a film.
I love all of the Blueland products I have tried so far, and I live in a town with a municipal composting program so the compostable and recyclable packaging is extra awesome. Viva Blueland!
Blueland products work well and I like using products that are not adding plastic into the environment. The laundry tablets are so easy and clean clothes great! I have also used the dishwasher and soap too. I love being able to reuse the soap container over and over eliminating plastic containers
I have never used any of their bottles or soap dispensers. I have my own that I have bought from other brands, so I can't comment on that. I only really buy tablets from Blueland and they have all been pretty great (toilet bowl cleaner, hand soap, multi-surface cleaner and laundry tablets). I haven't used the dishwasher tablets, so not sure about those. I did gift someone for their wedding, the hand soap dispensers and tablets since they have some pretty decorative soap dispensers. They didn't say anything about using the gift, so I can't say what happened with that, but hopefully everything works fine. I also have the metal tins for the laundry, toilet and dishwasher tablets and they all seem to work great as well!
Blueland makes it easy to switch a lot of products to plastic-free options! I've been using their products for years, and keep coming back for more, plus recommending to friends/family!
I am super happy with Blueland so far. I have tried a lot of "eco-friendly" brands only to find time after time that they sneak plastics into their products or packaging, or make inferior products that have to be bought over and over when they break. Blueland has great smelling products, without them being overpowering, they work well, and they make good on their promise of being trashless by taking back their packaging if you don't have an industrial composter near you. I have been using the hand soaps and spray cleaners with dispensers I already had, so I can't speak to those, but the customer service has been great too so I have a feeling they would try to make it right if something of yours did break. So far I have nothing but good things to say.
Still in the process to switch our entire household to Blueland. We’re so happy to be able to clean with environmental friendly products. No plastic anymore on dishes and clothes! We’re already very satisfied with the dishwasher detergent tablets, the laundry tablets (love the smell of the laundry booster) and the toilet bowl cleaner. Excited to use the other cleaning products, I just ordered. I‘m also thinking about the body wash, but I always like to have a lotion going with the body wash… Thank you Blueland for all the great products!!
They have excellent cleaning products. Here is what I buy and recommend: - Bathroom, mirror, all purpose sprays - love the spray, not the bottles. I had to buy my own reusable bottles after they kept breaking. - Laundry detergent - recommend. But break it in half when you put it in so it dissolves faster. - Dish soap - Recommend - Toilet bowl cleaner - Recommend - Sponges - recommend - Hand soaps - do not recommend. The actual product sinks to the bottom so you get mostly water a lot of the time and because it sucks up so much powder at one time it breaks the dispensers super easily. - Face wash - Recommend. This is my favorite. I wish they had a fragrance free.
I love the products and helping the planet. Their customer service needs help. I received 3 broken pumps in my last order and customer service did not contact me after my two emails. Luckily I could purchase them separately this time. I would have given a 5, but for the inability to get the pumps replaced.
I love the handsoap tablets. They work great, and there are lots of scents to choose from, and I haven't bought a plastic handsoap bottle in 4+ years. I recycle old foaming handsoap bottles from my mom and they work great too. It is important to find the right amount of water to add for your preference. I like a bit thicker foam so I add a bit less water.
The products from Blueland are really effective at helping me keep our home clean! They are made from environmentally friendly ingredients and are helping to stop the plastic proliferation problem. We especially love the hand soap tablets, dishwasher tablets, and toilet cleaner tablets.
The customer service here can’t quite get it together. The first time I ordered it was such an ordeal to get a spray bottle that worked sent from them. I had to send videos proving my product didn’t work and go back and forth about it and re-contact them over and over. It was ridiculous! Would someone really try to con them out of a spray bottle after spending a ton of $ on their products?? Now, I thought I’ll give them another chance…. Now I ordered $38 in refills and after 3 weeks of not getting I reached out. They now tell me too much time has passed and they can not resend me my order. They said we sent you tracking and confirmation the order was complete. I told them the order was not complete and when you try to click on the tracking it said not found. I’ve clicked and tried to “re-track” over and over and has always said not found so I just thought it was taking a long time to get here. Now they are stealing from me and will not refund or resend my order. I will not order from this company again! What horrible customer service!
I always go back for more hand soap tablets it's the only soap I've stuck too it's been a couple years now and I have no complaints super foamy so my kids love it and it's so easy to refill I get my little ones to help making them even happier to wash there hands in the long run because they made the soap it's also easy on my hands doesn't dry them out regardless of how many times I wash a day so that's a plus and the bottles are beautiful and clean so they go with any decor I have one in both my restrooms and kitchen
Updated 4/19/24 - Blueland genuinely listened to customers' comments, and earned my trust that they are striving to understand and improve customer experience. I rate them 4-star with this effort. Original post: Good idea but needs improvements. 1. The hand soap dispenser gets stuck easily making it difficult to use. I believe it is due to scum build-up. Every time I finished a bottle I had to clean the pump - time and water wasted. 2. The foam of the hand soap comes out more like water than soap, making it feel like I'm not washing the dirt off my hands without the rich lather; especially when I try to wash greasy hands.
I have used Blueland for probably 3 or more years! I love the products. The hand soap has a great mild smell and one bottle lasts a family of 4 for about 3 weeks. So much more economical and environmentally friendly too!
Love the dishwasher cleaner as they work and are so small and easy to store. I also love the coconut vanilla bodywash that never bothers my skin and lasts a long time. Finally the clothes cleaners w oxi boost works better than liquid or pods and is easier. There is nothing big to lift. I love Blueland. Please make shampoo next
I am so happy with my switch to Blue Land products. I have been using the foaming hand soaps for almost 5 years now and I LOVE them. The scents are wonderful —and I trust them to get my hands squeaky clean! I recently switched to the dishwashing tablets and the laundry tablets and I started using the oxi boost. I am happy with the cleaning job each product does and I rest a little easier knowing that I’ve helped eliminate some plastic waste and cut down on shipping emissions (due to the lack of water weight in the products). Plastic free is the way to go! A few years ago I decided I needed to do my part to save our wonderful earth. I found Blueland when I was researching options for laundry. I tried the laundry tablets and Oxi-Boost and I will never go back. My clothes are clean, soft, and smell wonderful without an overpowering scent. I use the dishwasher tabs and toilet bowl cleaners as well. Everything works amazingly well and cleans beyond great.
