I ordered notice board and was told it would be with me in 2 days I had regular updates about delivery and time…. 2 days later the item arrived and the delivery driver was a friendly polite chap… We are really pleased with the board….and is exactly as advertised

Waited a long time for the goods and when received they were partly damaged. Again had to wait a long time for a replacement. Then had to endure a VERY aggressive accounts department chasing payment daily with multiple calls and emails. Its a shame as the final product received was good.
Ordered a board for my father-in-law who is in early stages of dementia, to help with his day to day routine and remind him of up and coming appointments etc. Ashleigh listened and recommended a whiteboard that had the days of the week printed on the board in each in a different colour that was perfect! Having used it for a few weeks its helped him so much to stay organised and keep independent, as his dementia progresses i’m sure it will prove invaluable. Thank you Boardsdirect
I contacted Boards Direct to see if they could help me to create a permanent reminder board using a note from my late father-in-law in order to assist us with the care of my mother-in-law, who has Alzheimer’s. Ashleigh went above and beyond all my hopes and expectations and the service and product is phenomenal. I can’t thank them enough, the entire experience has been truly outstanding and it’s so wonderful to find a company with staff who are so kind and considerate, as well as being so talented.

Office Visit: I had a chat with Bex and Kelly for some advice and guidance, on the different types of board and coverings, to be used for my Hornby 00 guage Train Set. In summary, they provided various samples and allowed me to test them for strength and to insert my track pins, to check the depth in mm. I purchased an Eco Sound Unframed Blazemaster Felt Board ( Green), which is perfect for my needs. Delivered in good time. Gosh! Such lovely people (Kelly, Bex and Ashleigh) who bent over backwards to ensure I got my order in time for a birthday, despite transport challenges. So nice to find a company where you can phone and get through to real human beings, who care about every order - no matter how small - work effectively as a team, and do their utmost to minimise any issue, providing options and solutions. An error meant that we were sent a board with the wrong colour felt, but Kelly went above and beyond to resolve the situation for us. Mistakes happen - it's how they're dealt with that makes the difference.

Order #1691349701. Updated review. There was a problem with the cork board provided. Once I told Boards Direct about it, they immediately sent me another one without question. I place a high value on customer service and this experience gives me confidence to buy from them again. I have given 4 stars only because of the initial problem.
I called Boards Direct to ask if they could help in arranging next day delivery of my order as we needed it ASAP. Robin was fantastic, confirmed straight away it would be possible and he would get a quote and call me back. Robin was extremely helpful at the ordering stage, finding just the right board for our needs - externally mounted on a container, ip56 watertight and lockable. The board was delivered after 9 days and is no lightweight! Heavy gauge aluminium alloy frame, steel back for use with magnets and it holds 8 A4 sheets. It is very well made and finished with no sharp edges or corners and is real value for money. A delightful company to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, a real pleasure to buy from. Thank you Robin at Boards Direct.
Courier damaged the board. Customer service quickly processed a new board that was promptly delivered. Poor initial experience was dealt with and corrected well.
I would just like to thank David and Robin for the excellent service I received.
