BODA SKINS jackets are absolutely lovely and of excellent quality. They are a beautiful investment. Regarding customer service, while my experience started off a bit rocky with one of the reps, it ended up being a good one in the long run because the head of operations reached out to me and rectified the original situation. I was really impressed that they took the time to make my experience better, and they certainly achieved that. Would recommend.
Visited their headquarters in Manchester in two occasions as I was unsure about sizing. The team of Boda Skins went above and beyond both times to accommodate my requests, exemplary customer service, great chat, and above all, 100% transparent and honest. Quality products and great customer service, a no brainer really, just go for it.
Amazing customer service. Jake and Monika are fantastic and super quick to respond. The jacket itself is wonderful. I bought The Alexander and it's so soft and supple with a nice range of adjustments you can make. It looks and feels much more expensive than it is—if I saw this in a store without a tag I'd guess it was probably 2-3x more expensive than it is. I definitely plan on getting another jacket from them.

This jacket is so awesome! It makes a strong social statement - people I don't know notice me more, nod, smile, greet me, call me sir, give me compliments, and find reasons to reach out and squeeze my arm or touch my shoulder when speaking to me. For a tall, athletic guy, this seems to be the very best cut jacket on the market. For fit reference (since I used Steve Cook's body measurements and sizing choice on the BS website in making my decision, which turned out to be wrong), my dimensions are approximately: 6'4", 215lbs, 15" biceps, 43" chest, 42" hips. I originally ordered the XLT, and it was long enough, but the biceps and forearms were a little awkwardly tight, and it was pretty hard to get into and out of (almost like a fitted suit jacket). I exchanged for an XXLT, and now the fit is perfect. Jake also did great work helping me with sizing and coordinating the exchange!

I was gifted the navigator as a Christmas surprise, and I absolutely love it! I wear this to any event I go to along with my other BODA the Varsity Noir (I also recommend). The quality is unmatched and I get dozens of compliments - cant wait to get more!!

Made a purchase but I had problems with sizing the BODA Team was super helpful with exchanging the sizing and the V fit leather jacket (Steve Cook) that I bought is amazing along with having a V fit and being super stretchable. Loving it already
The online shop is super easy to use, you can find out everything that you want about the items. The ordering and receiving part also was very easy and quick, and it was very easy to choose the right size for me (on my 178cm size M tall fits just perfect) The order was very neatly packed and the leather jacket itself is just outstanding hight quality. It's just the perfect size and it looks so extremely perfect!
Until you've tried on a Bodaskins jacket, you'll never know what a well made and fitted leather jacket feels like. I say that as this was my 5th Bodaskins jacket purchase - The Varsity. It is one I have wanted since it was out on the market which is different to all my others (Kay Michaels & Alexander). I have always had a size medium but when I received this one, due to its different style, it felt too big compared to my other jackets. After getting in contact with Bodaskins, Glyn quickly replied stating that they had no small Varsity's in the Manchester head office but they can source one from their EU depot. Within a couple of weeks I was able to go down to the office where I was greeted personally by Glyn and another member of staff where I tried on the small which fit perfectly. Thanks to the great team at Bodaskins for allowing me to swap my Varsity with such ease and look forward to wearing it more when the weather cools down a little. Now what will be my next purchase...
Excellent quality and price. Was surprised how light the jacket was.
After losing weight and needing to size down in my previous BODA jacket, I was delighted that not only do they still sell the exact same design some 8+ years later, but they now offer TALL length. I’m 5ft 9 and whilst their jackets still fit me just fine in standard sizing, I love having the extra arm and body length. There’s nothing wrong with my previous jacket either after 8+ years, it just became too big. Better still, the jacket was part of a collaboration and had a Metallica themed lining, and I’m a metal head.

I really like the brand, but the customer services it gives is not satisfying for the price you pay. With paying 30EUR for postage, I would expect free returns. Now that the jacket doesnt fit, I am about to lose 60EUR for nothing.
I am normally hesitant to purchase jackets online, but I have ZERO regrets here. I have a very athletic build, so finding good fitting jackets can be challenging at times. I bought a size small, at 177cm tall and 70kg's, and it fits perfectly. Out of all the leather jackets I've tried on, this one surpasses them all. I bought The Alexander in all black, and am blown away by the quality of it, as well as the incredible service and customer experience from BODA SKINS!
