Paid for order with next day delivery on mon and evri only received my order from bodybuilding warehouse on Friday (4 days later). Why even offer unlimited next day delivery when you know its not possible? Extremely poor service. And they don't have the decency to throw in any samples as an apology. A business should be run more seriously.
I have previously purchased the Serious Gainz 5kg Banana flavour product from this company but via Ebay which was good, so when it finished I decided to order the same but Vanilla direct from the company - very big mistake. Had I purchased it via Ebay, they would not have been able to get away with what has happened. The order arrived much earlier than they stated so as you can imagine, I was very impressed. However, upon opening the tub the smell that hit me was one of chemicals. The chemical smell was so pungent that it almost made me ill. I thought, having experienced the tub I purchased from eBay, that the smell might fade and the Vanilla flavour would come through. I had purchased the Serious Gainz with their Creatine Monohydrate. I emptied three heaps as directed of the Serious Gainz in my protein bottle and after the gym added the water. Firstly, the chemical smell was still present and upon tasting it, it was revolting ! It certainly did not taste of Vanilla - was a processed chemical mix. I have no idea what was in this mixture but whatever it is, it certainly should not be sold to the public - serious health risk! I stupidly drank the shake and within hours was sick. This is where the customer services failures arose. I sent an email to the company and got no response. I sent a further email and got no response. I then tried telephoning their number but that is fake. Regardless of whatever time you call it, I tried call it in the morning, afternoon, evening and at night and all you get is the line is busy. Finally, I sent them a message via eBay and someone finally responded but not addressing the complaint. I telephoned again, sent an email to their CEO and via eBay and got no response. Ultimately, I raised a dispute via PayPal and no one responded to the dispute. It was then escalated by PayPal themselves and today, one day before PayPal would have closed the dispute in my favour, the company responded saying that they would refund my money only if I returned the item at my expense. I am quite happy to return the product - its not fit for consumption, but why should I end up paying for the return. KBF Enterprises, which is the companies trading name should be ashamed. They send out products, the contents of which is seriously questionable - I plan to inform the Trading Standards, and then expect the customer to pay for the price of return postage.
Ordered & paid for next day delivery, 4 days later I still do not have my order and haven't received any communication from the company. I had similar issues with another company which falls under the KBF Enterprises umbrella multiple times, almost identical to this situation. If you are ordering, the next day delivery option is a scam, you will only lose your money.
I've been a customer of Bodybuilding Warehouse for 2-3 years now, and it's gradually got worse and worse. From receiving cracked tubs of protein, to receiving flavoured protein that has no flavour, to customer service that ignores every message. The final straw has not been receiving my last order, so I will never return to this website again. I don't think they've always been scammers, but judging by other reviews here, they've become just that. Please check out reviews under bodybuildingwarehouse.com too. They are a disgrace, avoid at all costs.
Ok products at good prices, but non existant customer service. I purchased for a business and therefore must have an invoice for accounts. Despite numerous emails I have not had any response, Ive tried on all emails I can find for the related companies, but no response. Also there is no phoneline, and the group company phone just rings out. I will never use again. If things go right they are fine, But if you have any issues you WILL NOT GET ANY HELP. Buy on a credit card so at least it can be refunded by your card company.
Bad service all round not happy, paid for next day delivery and guess what it didn't turn up it is now day 3 and still no products sent several emails to them, and guess what no response not happy bad customer service
Still haven't had a refund from 31st October 23. Owed £35 pounds and emails just get ignored.
Ordered two tubs of vegan protein, only one arrived. I have sent three emails to two email adresses and recieved no response. I cannot get in contact with them I am a uni student and it is pretty frustrating as I do not have the time nor the money to be chasing up and not recieving the products I have paid for. Pretty dissapointed
Products are good at a good price but paid for BW+ subscription yet they are still charging me for delivery!!!!!!!! Several emails and phone calls but cannot get hold of anybody or get any sort of response. Unacceptable. May only be £9.99 but surely it is fraud!!!!!
No customer service whatsoever. Paid for next day postage and 4 days later still no items, Emailed all 3 email addresses and had no reply or response. Want a refund for the extra postage I have paid but had no comms from them at all, I would advise to use another company for protein and save money/time. Will not use again
Products are good. However, customer service is nonexistant. Paid for next day delivery at 5pm, within the cutoff of 7pm. Item was not shipped until the evening the next day. Numerous emails asking for a refund unanswered.
Been using BBW for a while and products seem decent at a fair price but unfortunately I made a mistake with a order I emailed them immediately as you can't talk to anyone and received no reply after sending 2 emails then I received an email saying they had sent my order the one that I wanted to cancel still had no communication about the wrong order they are very quick to take your money but customer service appalling in the future I will shop local I may end up paying a bit more but at least they will care about there customers and at least have the decency to reply to emails
Very annoyed I paid extra for next-day delivery for my parcel on the 3rd of April and it is now the 15th and is yet to arrive. Apparently, there has been an incident but when I try to get in touch with the customer service team I get no response. 8 emails and counting and yet to hear anything. I have had a similar problem before with my parcel getting damaged and I rang the customer service helpline which led to it being sorted. Now they have removed their phone number and it is purely through emails which they don't answer too! I think it's time to find another provider as this has been a shocking experience.
I paid for next day delivery next week, one week later it still isn’t with me. No replies from my email enquiries and the phone number is closed. Shop says order placed and hasn’t moved. Terrible service.
Ordered on 6th of April for next day delivery using BW+ which you pay £9.99 for. Its the 13th of April and order is not here, not even been sent. I emailed the customer service 3 times and no reply for a week. Going to contact my back to deal with them directly, then let's see how if they dare not reply. Useless company, they send you wrong items, wrong flavours... zero customer service.

Placed an order,paid for my order then realised the default address on my account is my old address. I've contacted customer services several times now to divert my order before it's dispatched with no response. Its actually impossible to get in touch with customer service. I'll have to try and contact whatever courier service they use to divert now.
Awful customer service. Placed a next day delivery, over a week later the item still had not been delivered. Contacted customer service a number of times, they ignored all emails and no answer on the telephone. If you expect decent customer service with your online shopping, do not use this company. They are useless. Absolutely appalled at their lack of service. Not a good look for a company
3rd time placing an order. Not had any issues, but when I received my recent order of protein powder it was a mess with the protein container open in the box and bent with the lid open and power all over the place. I tried contacting customer service but haven’t had a reply yet.
Product is really good value for money, but honestly it doesn’t taste the greatest. It’s still a lot better than some though. My favourite powder is serious mass ON and it’s so expensive compared to this product. So I think I’d say this wins for someone not wanting to spend a fortune. Delivery isn’t the best, mine turned up last but I did complain via email and had a response quite soon offering me a £10 coupon on my next order. I’ll give it another go, product really helps me on my weight gain goal.
